Description:The villa is set in a quiet location 10 minutes from the long sandy beaches of El Campello and San Juan, and 5 minutes from the Bonalba Golf Club and Spa. The detached villa is set in its own grounds with mature gardens and private pool. The historic town of Alicante with its fabulous marina is a 10 minute drive away and Benidorm with its lovely beaches and bustling nightlife is 25 minutes drive. The panoramic views of the mountains and the distant sea, make this the ideal location for a tranquil holiday with all the fun of the sun on your doorstep. During peak season changeover day is Saturday, this is flexible outside of peak season. Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10.00am, this allows us time to clean the villa before the next people arrive. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom. The villa is secure with locking gates and it also has an alarm system. A welcome pack will be provided, bacon, eggs, bread, milk, tea, coffee etc. The bedrooms and lounge all have air-conditioning. The villa is set in its own grounds with a mature garden of palm trees and shrubs. The pool, 10 x 5m, has Roman steps, pool slide and underwater lighting for those midnight swims. There is a gas BBQ and large terrace overlooking the pool and comfortable sun beds.
