Description:Villa Orkide is in a select semi rural position to the south of the town centre and is within a 400 yards of the main street. With stunning views of mountains and ancient rock tombs Within 50 yards is a landscaped fitness park with outdoor gym equipment, basket ball court, table tennis, running track and childrens play area with swings, climbing frame and large supervised trampoline. At any one time there are only a handful of people using the park. Our Villa Zeytin Koru is at the town end of the park approximately 300 meters away, just before you reach the main street. r n r nThe property sleeps up to a maximum of 6 adults. This is our second luxury villa in a more Turkish style with private pool only 300 yards from Villa Zeytin Koru and is set in a walled garden with trees to the front and side offering some privacy to our guests. Although smaller this villa has been designed for every comfort for use all year round, ideal for those romantic short breaks, luxury self catering family holidays and for those extended stays in retirement, or for those extra guests accompanying those staying at Zeytin Koru. The west pfacing 46 square metre pool and Jacuzzi enjoys sunshine most of the day to early evening. r n r nThe accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms, with a luxury modern house bathroom, with shower and ground floor shower room, a quality double/king sofa bed in the main reception room or single folding bed and infant cot if required to comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The villa is air conditioned and central heated throughout and all windows are double glazed with mosquito blinds. Although a car is not necessary there is a parking to the front of the property for 2 cars. The garden is fully maintained, lawned with flowering shrubs and trees. r n r nThe villa has undergone improvements and redecorating for 2012 season. This is to be our home from home in retirement so all those extras comforts we may want, have been thought of in the design, quality and style of the fixtures and furnishings to make this a very special villa. Each year we add small improvements and keep the villa in tip top order. We hope our returners will approve of those made for 2012 both inside and out. r n r nOutside: The large private pool and Jacuzzi/ paddling pool has extensive paved surround in cool classic marble, which together with gardens and house balconies, offer varied sunbathing areas. Furnished with padded sun loungers the large shaded veranda is complete with tables and chairs which are perfect for dining alfresco and incorporates an attractive covered Kusch with traditional Turkish cushions provides perfect shaded seating for outdoor barbeques. r n r nLayout: The generously proportioned ground floor accommodation has double door opening from the pool into a large open plan lounge, with feature stone open fire and traditional cushioned seating area in addition to the stylish 3 piece suite. The dinning kitchen is fully furnished with table and seating in the lounge and dining areas for a maximum of 6 people. There is double sofa bed in the lounge with extra clothes storage on the landing. A fully tiled shower room and WC are located off the hallway. The kitchen has extensive high quality units with granite surfaces. Windows are south and west facing which are not overlooked but give fabulous views of the mountains and rock tombs. r n r nThe floors to all reception and bedrooms are laid with cool classic pink marble tiles. On the first floor the master bedroom has a super king size four poster bed with drapes and double doors leading onto the large balcony, where you can veiw 180% mountain lanscape and the rock tombs directly in front. The house bathroom is fully tiled with extractor fan and fitted with luxury European standard fittings. The second bedroom is large and has a kind size double bed. Both bedrooms have extensive wardrobes and furniture with both air conditioning and central heating. A cot is also available. r n r nEquipment & appliances. Air conditioning and central heating throughout, working open fire, constant hot water from electric boiler. r nThe kitchen dining room is fully fitted with large fridge freezer, double oven & hob, dishwasher. There are microwave, kettle, toaster etc and all crockery and utensils ample for up to 6 adults. r nWashing machine, iron ironing board and airers are available for your use in the separate utility/depot. Description:Villa Xanthos is a luxurious 3 bedroom villa located about 7 minutes from the centre of the traditional Turkish town of Kas, on the far side of the Cukurbag Peninsular. Description:A luxury detached holiday villa sleeping up to 13 people with everything for your perfect holiday. The ground floor has three living rooms and the upper two floors have five bedrooms with sun-terraces and full air-conditioning. A 2km walk takes you to Uzumlu village and a short drive takes you to Fethiye, Calis and Olu Deniz beaches on the Aegean Turquoise Coast. A lovely private illuminated pool is surrounded by a large terrace with ample sun loungers and parasols. By the side of the terrace there is a covered area with a large dining table close to both charcoal and gas BBQs for alfresco dining, there are incredible views from here over the plateau and surrounding mountains. There are four furnished sun terraces, three are outside the twin bedroom, master double bedroom and the triple bedroom that overlook the plateau, one is outside the double bedroom facing the mountain slopes. Surrounding the villa are grassed areas and gardens planted with shrubs and fruit trees and plants arranged around the terraces. A lower terrace has a table football game, basketball hoop, dartboard and another dining area close to a Turkish cushioned Kosk. The pool and gardens are maintained daily by our groundsman and there is parking for up to three vehicles.
