It is a 5 bedroom/six bath, two half-bath private home perched high on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and 'Land's End' where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. nThe Boardroom is located on the second level in the West Wing. The room can function as a mini cinema, a conference room and/or extra bedroom. It has a full bath, built-in snack/coffee break station complete with refrigerator, ice maker, microwave oven and coffee maker. The room is equipped with a 52' Built-in television with DVD and VCR and a full stereo system. There is a three-seat leather sleeper sofa and 6 comfortable leather reclining chairs with built-in footrests that can be arranged in a variety of configurations: conference style, theatre style, or as a guest room using the sleeper sofa. The room can hold up to 16 for a conference using additional chairs that can be brought in when necessary. Its glass doors slide into pocket walls, maximizing the indoor / outdoor feeling of the room which opens onto a large covered deck. The view to the lap pool, uncluttered garden and ocean is just enough to make anyone relax and savor the moment. nThe great room sits in between two other pavilions, one of which hosts four double bedrooms, the other a master-suite and office, both with garden baths. From all the terraces, guests look onto the expansive lawn and coconut grove that remained untouched. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor garden. The bedrooms are fitted with the best facilities and amenities and the owners have privileged tranquility and relaxing as opposed to having TV. Wireless internet is also available in the main living areas and office within the villa. nAdjacent to the kitchen is the dedicated children 's room with two double bunk beds and child friendly bathroom. Here there is ample room for the kids to play and rest away from the main part of the house but in a secure and safe environment. Attached to the children 's bedroom is a Nanny 's quarter, so a watchful eye is never too far away. nThe double decadence of the 25 meter split level infinity pools which overflows into a shallow pool ideal for children is the main appeal in the garden, completed with day beds and comfortable sun lounges.
