Description:The Villa “Novo Amanhã” is on a unique development of executive villas, has prime location being one of only for villas backing to stunning unspoilt countryside. However, this villa is quite exceptional as it has a huge range of “luxury extras”, a hydraulic lift to all floors, a second large lounge with leather furniture/games area and karaoke machine, a fully equipped gym, sauna( with aromatherapy bowl) 5 person massage spa bath (with handrails, lights and music), office and a second terrace with sitting and BBQ. It is wheelchair accessible to most parts of the villa. This is all in addiction to the upper pool terrace which is fully equipped with loungers, tables, chairs, parasols and a further BBQ. The garden has been beautifully landscaped. There are mosquito nets to all doors/windows. From April to October you can enjoy free pool heating. There is a charge of 75 Euros/week for air con, use of sauna and Jacuzzi April to end October and 75 Euros/week November-end March for under floor heating, sauna and Jacuzzi. During June to September the preferred changeover day is Saturday. Outside of these months there is some flexibility, subject to request. Minimum stay (payment) is 7 nights. A high chair and cot are available, no extra cost. There is a portable bed which can be placed anywhere allowing maximum occupancy of 10. Prices quoted included free pool heating and free air con. The villa is fully wheelchair accessible. Casa Novo Amanhã uniquely has a 3 person lift to all floors- from basement to first floor making all parts of the villa and both lower and upper gardens totally accessible. The superb 10m x 5m south facing pool has a hydraulic operated safety cover. The pool is a Clearwater ionised pool, heated free of charge April to end October. Surrounding the pool are shaded areas, tables, chairs, lounges, parasols and BBQ. In the lower extensively landscaped garden there is a further large shaded area complete with BBQ, bar, sauna, massage spa bath, and shower/changing room and extra sitting for eating and relaxing. It’s an Absolute extravagance. Fuseta with its wonderful beach is only 5-6km away. There are other unspoilt beaches close by and the stunning Altura beach is 20 minutes away. There are boats from Olhão, Cabanas and Tavira which take you to wonderful island beaches. The bigger, noisier central Algarve beaches, water parks, but you can then return to peace and tranquillity- away from it all! Not only has the Algarve the best golfing climate in Europe, it also has some of the best courses and facilities. To the west, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses are within 25 minutes of the villa and Vilamoura a further 15 minutes further on. To the east, Benamor, Quinta de Cima and the Quinta da RIA are within 20 minutes and Castro Marim a further 10 minutes on. Over the Spanish border, only 25 minutes away are a further 5 courses, 2 located at Ayamonte. If all you want is a flick, in Moncarapacho there is a new 9 hole Par 3 course and pitch and putt with driving range, chipping areas and putting green. Something for all the family. The villa is only 25 km from Faro airport and is easily accessed within 25 minutes using outstanding new fast roads. Car hire is essential. On request we can recommend local car hire agencies. Within easy distance are Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace and roman ruins), Olhão (fishing port, markets and fine shopping) and Vila Real (16th century town on the Spanish border. Seville can be reached with 90 minutes, Lisbon approx 2, 5 hours and Cordoba 3 hours. Within 30 minutes driving west one can access major central Algarve towns and attractions. The nearby RIA Formosa National Park offers excellent walks, extensive beaches and bird watching. The small town of Moncarapacho is approx 3 km away with supermarkets, bars, excellent restaurants, petrol station, internet café, cash machines, pharmacy and own museum. All local towns, villages offer excellent restaurants- eating out on wonderful local fish and wine is still surprisingly inexpensive. There are fantastic local markets and flea markets weekly. 30 % payable as deposit to confirm booking balance to be paid within 8 weeks of departure. For bookings made at very short notice (up to 21 days) a full payment is required. All visitors are asked to send an additional sum of 300 Euros with final payment which is refundable within 14 days subject to the local manager advising all keys have been returned and there are no losses/breakages.

From the dining room you have direct access to the kitchen. The kitchen features an island type setting, fully equipped with top of the line appliances. You have an own terrace with marina and sea view and plenty of seatin. The kitchen itself provides seating for 4 persons at the island in the middle of the kitchen.On the opposite side of the dining room is the beautiful living room. It provides seating for up to 10 persons on its comfortable sofas and features a big screen TV. The living room also gives access to another terrace with spectacular marina and sea view, and provides a great lunch and dining opportunity for 10 or more persons. Now we get to the jaw dropping part of the apartment: the 360 roof top terrace! The terrace has a big barbeque that provides all the tools needed to make the best grilled food. Combined with the fresh meat and fish that you can get just around the corner, the terrace might become the most entertaining area of the apartment.
