Description:guest room in a centrally located townhouse in makati in a safe area cable tv in bedroom. plenty of storage space. full private bathroom with hot and cold water overhead projection tv in living room. hi speed wifi jaccuzzi package comes with free car/driver ( quite flexible but as a ground rule it is within makati, 10 am to 10pm,except sundays). for longer trips, i would appreciate if you participate in gasoline costs and toll fees. the driver will also pick you up at the airport. this service is free of charge. we normally serve breakfast and will consider your preferences (ham and eggs or cereals, fruits, tea or coffee etc). you are welcome to use the kitchen anytime if you want to prepare your own meals. my two household helpers can prepare main meals. they can cook but it is not a three star restaurant ! they also will handle washing and ironing. should you be travelling with kids, i can either provide an extra mattress or convert the sofa in the room attached to the bedroom ( this room is presently used as a home office) into a double bed. as we have a pets, this listing might not be suitable if you allergic to animals. down to earth owner. mi casa es su casa
