Description:You will have this house all to yourself. Main Bedroom has a large double bed, the 2nd bedroom has a single bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a very comfortable double fold out sofabed. Comfortably sleeps 5 people (plus 2 more person on the living room sofas if you wish!). The house is just 10 mins walking from the center of the village where you can find cafes and a restaurant. Also within 5 mins walking there is a cafe serving local sweets. In addition, amenities such as bakeries, kiosks and supermarkets can be found nearby just a 5 minute drive away. The house is on 2 floors: Downstairs main living room with open plan kitchen which has a 2nd living room and fireplace. Also 2 balconies, one on the front of the house serving the 1st living area, one at the back serving the 2nd living area. 3rd bedroom is downstairs with separate wc/shower room. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and wc/bathroom. Bedrooms with balconies. Also an additional 60m2 balcony on this floor. Small pets allowed, Smoking allowed. The house is fully equipped! You will receive the house in a neat and clean condition. If you wish, a cleaner can visit whenever required with an extra charge. OTHER DETAILS: Box with wood for the fireplace will be available for you upon arrival. Should you require any extra wood during your stay, there will be an extra charge of €25 per box - depending on usage each box can last you around 2-3 days. While you will receive the house in a clean and good order, cleaning is not included during your stay. Should you require cleaning during your stay it will cost €45 for each visit of the cleaner.

WHAT TO DO IN PAPHOS? Paphos offer a variety of thing to d You can spend your time enjoying the sun and the sea. Paphos is one of the few YEAR AROUND holiday resort in Europe with blue sky and sunshine almost every day. We recommend Coral Bay - Blue Flag award sandy beaches, with clear water and cosy restaurant and bars. Paphos is on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage. The Tombs of the Kings is one of the attractions to see and many other historical views as well as old town. You will find many bars & restaurants in the Coral Bay area. Lovely harbour with its numerous Taverns, bars and restaurants is our favourite. You can visit the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics or take a boat trip. Enjoy SPA treatments or golf, or take a diving course. Sea Caves, views of the Troodos Mountains to die for, or why not take a car and drive around on the island and explore small villages. There is plenty to do and see in Paphos. SOME LAST WORDS: Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided. Air conditioning, central heating and electricity are included in the price. The villa is looked after by a local professional property management team who keep it spotless and well maintained and will arrange for checkin and checkout. We love our place and hope you treat it as well as we do. There is no smoking on the property. Please respect this rule. All we ask is that you please leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it. Please note that there is a security deposit of 300 pounds to protect against any damages or breakages. The villa is located just below the highest point of the Peyia hillside, in a picturesque area known as Where the Gods Live Has unobstructed panoramic views of the blue Mediterranean and Coral Bay, with a breathtaking view of mountains and Paphos in the distance. The nearest shops, taverns and banks are a 3 minute drive away in the village of Peyia. Coral Bay is only 5 minutes drive away with its sandy, award winning beach, and bars, restaurants and shops. The historic town of Paphos is only a fifteen minute drive, and a 20 minute drive the other way will take you to the world wide famous baths of Aphrodite the Goddess of Love. Plenty of golf courses in the area. The sitting room is open plan with features a marble fireplace, two large comfortable sofas with a large arm chair, coffee table and stand lamp. For nights in, there is a large television and DVD player Large patio doors give stunning views to the sea from inside and open onto a patio and two balconies, The dining area has an oval glass dining table with six chairs, separated from the spacious kitchen by a breakfast bar. Oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Washing machine. Kettle. Microwave, toaster. Bed linen and bath towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels, All of the bedrooms are upstairs, one double with an on suite and two further twin bedded rooms sharing a bath shower room. Two of the bedrooms have large balconies with panoramic views all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. And all have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. There is a further toilet downstairs. The private pool and six person Jacuzzi is on a lower level directly below the sitting room Patio. The Jacuzzi is not integrated with the pool allowing a larger area for swimming with ample sun beds. There is a BBQ area. The area surrounding the pool is crazy paved with a small flower bed at each end of the pool we do not charge extra for the air-conditioning or use of the Jacuzzi the price stated is the price you pay. As this is our first year renting our rental charges are one of the lowest for this area. (Car is required).
