Bakeries in Peyia open most of the day, so you can literally have your cake and eat it! An excellent base to tour all the surrounding areas, with Coral Bay just a 5 minute drive away, whilst Paphos with its famous harbour, town and castle, is a further 15 minutes away. For the real hardcore party people, Bar Street in Paphos Town (an up-market version of Aiya Napa) is a further 2 minutes drive away with its vibrant nightlife. Hire a 4x4 and go off roading to the furthest parts of this huge undeveloped peninsula to deserted beaches and views that will take your breath away. r nThe Akamas peninsula is paradise for walking and mountain biking, especially in the Spring. There are also several karting places and Paphos has its own water park. r n r nGolf r nThere are three good golf courses within easy reach from the apartment. The excellent Tsada Golf course is a 25 min drive, Secret Valley (18 holes) golf course and spa is 35 mins and the exclusive Aphrodite Hills golf course is just a further 5 mins by car. r n r nBooking notes r nProvisional bookings are accepted in writing by email or fax and will be held for 3 days pending receipt of deposit. To confirm the booking a & c2a3150 deposit is required. You can be sent a secure link to make payment or make the payment via bank transfer. The balance and a c2a3150 refundable security deposit is payable 8 weeks before you travel. Description:The apartment is in a new complex with a large shared pool in the Universe area of Kato Paphos (the opposite end of the town to the Tomb of the Kings Road). It is conveniently placed between the sea and the shopping area of Pano Paphos. 1 double bedroom (with en suite). 1 twin bedroom. Sofa bed is available for a fifth person. There is also a cot. The sofa bed and cot have mattresses for extra comfort. The lounge and kitchen areas are open plan. The lounge has a sofa bed and two easy chairs and a TV with DVD player. A large table provides seating for six. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, the units also acting as heaters for the winter. No extra charge is made for their use. Being on the ground floor, the apartment is ideal for children. Towels and bed linen are changed weekly. Beach towels are provided. Off road parking. This is a non-smoking apartment. It is a family apartment, so no single sex groups please. Sorry, no pets. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week (or part thereof) secures a booking. Full payment must be made 6 weeks before arrival. A security/breakage deposit of £50 is required.
