It's location - on a quiet cul-de-sac so no through traffic, It's beautiful and secluded pool - around the back and not overlooked, It's large plot and attractive fragrant garden with the ability to pick a fresh lemon for our G the large shaded carport is a godsend, Inside it has everything you would expect, all the comforts of home, a/c as required, a large sensible sized shower, a safe for the valuables. r nWe love it. r nA real home from home luxury bungalow villa in a quiet location situated between the village centres of Coral Bay, Peyia and Sea Caves, only 40 minutes drive from Paphos Airport, and on the edge of the protected Akamas peninsular nature area. r nThe villa is surrounded by Hibiscus privacy hedging set in a beautiful garden with Palms, Citrus and ornamental trees and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. r nThere is a wood burner for winter and fully air-conditioned for summer. r nThe main entrance, draped in rich red bougainvillaea, leads into a spacious open plan lounge/dining room with 2 patio doors overlooking the pool and one overlooking the garden where there is a terraced breakfast area. r nWe have a new large flat screen TV with Cytavision (100 free to air channels and pay per view TV via the phone line), landline telephone, free wireless broadband, DVD player with selection of films, Video player & Hi-Fi entertainment system. r nOff the lounge is a well equipped kitchen with large fridge, freezer, microwave etc and abundance of cupboard space e28094 there is also a separate laundry room. r nAll the bedrooms have lots of cupboard space, fly screens and air conditioning throughout. The master double bedded bedroom with east facing patio doors, has ensuite bathroom with WC and corner bath & shower. There are 2 further bedrooms (one double and one twin) which share a second bathroom with shower and WC. r nOutside is private 8mx4m Solar heated pool with Roman steps for easy access, outdoor shower, shaded car port, sun terrace with electric awning. r n r nThe villa is serviced by a local English couple. They will arrange to meet you at the villa or airport on arrival and be at the end of a phone to provide any assistance required during your stay including organising trips and excursions, and provide advice on anything you may need to know.
