Description:You will have this house all to yourself. Main Bedroom has a large double bed, the 2nd bedroom has a single bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a very comfortable double fold out sofabed. Comfortably sleeps 5 people (plus 2 more person on the living room sofas if you wish!). Main bedroom & 2nd bedroom are upstairs sharing a seperate wc/bathroom. 3rd bedroom is downstairs with its own wc/shower. ★Amenities★ - Towels, Bed linens etc - Cooking ware, plates, cups and all utensils - Kettle, Microwave, Fridge, Washing machine, Dishwasher - WiFi Internet in all house areas - Central heating in all house areas (no extra charge!) - Sattelite, LCD TV, DVD player in living room - Iron & ironing board, hoover The house is just 20 minutes from Limassol city in a peaceful nature setting at the outskirts of Lania village in a secluded cul de sac overlooking the orchards. The house is just 10 mins walking from the center of the village where you can find cafes and a restaurant. Also within 5 mins walking there is a cafe serving local sweets. In addition, amenities such as bakeries, kiosks and supermarkets can be found nearby just a 5 minute drive away. The house is on 2 floors: Downstairs main living room with open plan kitchen which has a 2nd living room and fireplace. Also 2 balconies, one on the front of the house serving the 1st living area, one at the back serving the 2nd living area. 3rd bedroom is downstairs with separate wc/shower room. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and wc/bathroom. Bedrooms with balconies. Also an additional 60m2 balcony on this floor. Small pets allowed, Smoking allowed. The house is fully equipped! You will receive the house in a neat and clean condition. If you wish, a cleaner can visit whenever required with an extra charge. OTHER DETAILS: Box with wood for the fireplace will be available for you upon arrival. Should you require any extra wood during your stay, there will be an extra charge of €25 per box - depending on usage each box can last you around 2-3 days. While you will receive the house in a clean and good order, cleaning is not included during your stay. Should you require cleaning during your stay it will cost €45 for each visit of the cleaner.

The Tombs of the Kings is one of the attractions to see and many other historical sites as well as the mosaics near the harbour and the old town with its interesting buildings and market. You will find many bars & restaurants in Paphos and surrounding coastal areas, ranging from traditional greek tavernas tp smart new bars and cafes. The historic harbour area is worth visiting for its ambience, the cafes and bars and a chance to see the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics. Regular boat hire and/or boat trips are offered from the harbour area. Enjoy SPA treatments or golf, or take a diving course. Sea Caves and Akamas reserve are well worth a visit and the Troodos Mountains are spectacular to drive through at the peak of Mount Olympus. Description:Situated on the outskirts of Tala village the apartment has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. With fully equipped kitchen, which includes fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Stereo, DVD player are provided. Ideally suited to a couple and 2 children/adults can also be accommodated on large sofa beds in the living room. Sunbeds and parasol are provided for those lazy days by the large communal pool. Full air-conditioning included and a WiFi Internet connection is available (optional extra). The balcony has impressive views of the sea and surrounding countryside and wonderful sunsets as the sun goes down. There are restaurants, tavernas and shops in the village which is just a few minutes drive away. The nearest beach is just 6 minutes drive away. St Neophytos monastery is just on the edge of Tala village and the vineyards of Kathikas are just 30 minutes drive away. The impressive Troodos mountains are a must and it is possible to ski there in January - March. The beautiful harbour and beach at Latchi and the inland town of Polis are 40 minutes drive away and are well worth a visit. A care is essential due to the location of the apartment parking is available outside the apartment. A HIRE CAR IS ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR STAY AT THE APARTMENT.
