Walk or bike to the Blue Ridge Parkway. 4 miles to downtown Asheville, easy access to all shopping and entertainment. I recently refurbished this home and everything is new and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet with big old oak trees and a great view of the mountains. I divided the house into two separate apartments recently and you are welcome to rent one side or it can be opened back up into a three bedroom, two bath home to accommodate larger groups.
