The living area has luxurious seating, a flat screen TV with surround sound, expanded cable, movie channels and a DVR. A gas fireplace centers the end wall of the living room. The large kitchen area offers plenty of counter space, 2 dishwashers, 2 full sinks, a microwave, a range/oven plus a second cook top. The kitchen has an electric griddle, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Spices and baking essentials are also stocked in the pantry. The breakfast bar has seating for 8 and the adjacent dining area seats 12 at the large natural wood table. A screened porch adjoins the kitchen with a picnic table for outside dining while watching the beautiful sunset. The large wrap around porch off the great room has a picnic table and multiple chairs for beach watching. Also on this level is a cozy sunroom with large windows on three sides perfect for beach watching in air condition comfort. Also on this level is a large king master bedroom with a 19e2809d flat screen TV with DVD as well as a private bath including a Jacuzzi tub. Near the elevator landing is a unique powder room. n nThird Level: The third level has an ocean front king master with private bath and a second ocean front king master with a handicap friendly full bath including roll-in shower (not ADA compliant). The third bedroom is an ocean/sound view bunkroom master with two triple bunks and a private bath. A convenient laundry center is located on this level as well as access to a wrap around ocean front covered deck with a hammock and chairs. n nSecond Level: The second level has two ocean front king master bedrooms and an ocean/sound view bunkroom with two triple bunks, each with a private bath. Also on this level is a second laundry center. A full wrap around ocean front covered deck is located on this level with a deck that has the hot tub and a hammock and chairs. n nGround Level: The game room adjacent to the pool has a TV with movie channels, DVD, stereo, a pool table and foosball, plus a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and microwave. For your added convenience this level has a full bath with an outside entry from the covered deck (with 2 outside showers) and the swimming pool area. The ground level office contains a desk and a fax. The driveway is wide and has ample room for vehicle parking. The wooden ramp to the ground level entry provides easy access to the elevator located just inside (with service to each floor). n nAdditional Information: Additional amenities include something for everyone to enjoy. For your inside entertainment options there is a free movie rental package, board games, books and puzzles. The entire house has free wireless Internet access provided by Silicon Travel and free long distance phone service. Outside, convenient steps provide access to all deck levels. Feel the warmth of the sun from the top-level sun deck, relax with a book in a porch swing, or take a nap in the extra-wide hammocks on the covered decks. A free bike rental package is offered through Island Cycle (additional details provided at the rental cottage) and a basketball goal for a game of hoops. An outside storage contains boogie boards, a kayak and beach chairs. There are two camp style charcoal grills and one full size gas grill.
