Featured in National Press article. nAccommodation and facilities nThese modern and attractive villas have been built according to a classical American style and the local Landaise style. They are located alongside the prestigious Moliets golf course, some near hole number 2 and 17, and are all either independent or semi-detached and all have a private swimming pool and terrace. The villas are ideal for a relaxing and tranquil break. You will find all of the shops, and of course the beach at approx 600m to 1100 metres, easily accessible by the network of pathways and cycleways that crisscross the golf course and the sand dunes. nWhichever size villa, you will find them comfortable, modern and fully equipped for all your needs: the American style kitchen is well equipped with washing machine/tumble dryer, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, for the most part a toaster, and a kettle and most have television(only French and few german channels). It is always possible to request a VCR or an iron. nRegarding the layout of the villas, the entrance hall opens out into the spacious and airy lounge where a sofa bed can accommodate 2 people. Continuing through into the dining room the large French windows give access to the delightful terrace. nThe terrace provides both the opportunity to enjoy the tranquillity outdoors and also access to the private swimming pool (7 x 4m or 10 x 5 m for the larger villas). The terrace is equipped with garden furniture:tables, recliners, chairs. nBBQ 's are not allowed in this residence, due to fire risks. nElectricity is extra at all times (see practical info section). nTYPE EFF: 6 main rooms villa 10-12 people. nSpacious lounge, master bedroom with jacuzzi bath, three bedrooms with either a double bed or twin beds, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets (some villas have one extra bathroom and toilet), a small bedroom or additional sleeping area or an open mezzanine in the lounge area with either bunk beds, twin beds, a double bed or sofa bed. Just an hour's drive to the north of elegant Biarritz, this region of magnificent sandy beaches, fresh water lakes and quiet woodland glades provides a superb holiday environment. nAccommodation and facilities nAt the heart of the pine forests, which stretch for miles along the Atlantic coast to the south of Bordeaux, lies the traditional Landais village of Messanges. A myriad of cycle tracks and footpaths criss-cross the forest providing a safe and enjoyable way to explore. A wide variety of activities are on hand with the excellent Moliets golf course just 3 kilometres away, tennis, fishing, horse riding and of course, surfing. Several nearby lakes offer canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. nLa Prade horse-riding centre, which is set in the forest close to the village and a few minutes from the beach, has been re-developed to provide an attractive compact residence of just 32 villas and apartments. nThe Residence, was completed for summer 2007, it has a shared, heated, outdoor swimming pool (112m), horse riding (supplement payable) and a reception building.
