The apartment has a super Panoramic view with wonderful weather in all seasons. plus you can enjoy a lovely walk at night in a very quiet and natural area with fresh air and lot of trees... At the end if i want to rent an apartment in your country, definitely i will choose the same as mine... you are the most welcomed. PS: The apartment is located in Beit Chebab, Mount lebanon. Description:Available for July carefully combining the high ceilings and colourful old tiles of Beirut's few remaining traditional buildings with contemporary hi-spec bathrooms, kitchen and finishing. The apartment is located on the first floor of a heritage building on the main street of Gemmayze - with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance (less than 5 minutes), you can also reach the the Downtown area & ABC Mall on foot within 15-20 minutes. There is one underground parking space if required. Being in the heart of Gemmayze, we have installed triple-glazed windows in all of the bedrooms (all of which overlook the garden at the back of the house) so you can sleep peacefully. We have also installed solar heating on the roof and have fully integrated AC. Our building houses one of Beirut's oldest elevators (recently renovated) and is located opposite a lovely cafe 'Ginette'.
