It is small, intimate, romantic and has everything you need including 2 Monterey Bay Aquarium passes and wine tasting passes. Guests are greeted with a bottle of wine or sparkling cider and hors d 'oeuvres. The cottage is tastefully decorated with white, ocean blues and earth colors. Whimsical sea shore themes are carried though out the cottage. n nThe open room concept features high beamed white washed ceilings, a wood burning fireplace with gas starter, a small but new kitchen and dining area. The living area is tastefully furnished with a woven sea grass sofa, chair, dining chairs and bar stools. There is a 42 Flat Screen LCD-HD with Blue Ray Plasma D.V.D player, a library of video 's, inspirational books, magazines and information on the local area 's delights. n nThe kitchen has been recently updated with granite counter tops and is small yet has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal with wonderful dishes, glasses and table settings. The appliances are like new and include a refrigerator, gas stove / oven and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with 2 sea grass bar stools, perfect for a quick bite or talking to the cook. n nThe master bedroom has a small balcony with flowering pots, gas fireplace and a King Bed with high-end linens and beautiful bedding. The King bed can become two twins if needed and the room is large enough to accommodate a porta crib (not provided) or aero bed (provided). n nThe bathroom has a tub/shower combination with beautiful blues and yellow colors and top quality towels. n nThere is a washer and dryer located downstairs in a separate area. The upstairs master suite (15 'x17 ') has a pellet stove fireplace, a California king size bed and its own private old growth redwood walled bathroom with skylights and separate shower and tub areas. The upstairs guest suite (11 'x16 ') has a queen size bed, mirrored closet doors, skylights and its own private marble tiled bathroom with pedestal sink and glass enclosed shower & tub. The downstairs master suite (15 'x16 ') also has a pellet stove and a California king size bed as well as its own private bathroom with shower & tub. The bedrooms are all spacious enough to accommodate additional bedding in the form of folding extra long twin beds with 3 memory foam mattresses or a queen size aerobed or tri-fold futon cushions when needed. The downstairs office also has a convertible sofa that can be made up into 2 extra long twin beds or 1 king size bed. (Please be sure to complete and return the Sleep Arrangement Form to the office 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. n nA large screen HDTV with a surround sound system is in the living room complete with Dish Network premium programming (local, sports and news channels, access to pay-per-view movies, HBO, Showtime, etc.). There is a BluRay DVD player & small DVD library, a VHS player, a 6-disc CD player & CD library, Sirius Satellite music and a Play Station with several games.
