The living room features a number of built-in cabinets with tv, stereo and dvd systems, enjoyed in comfortable sofas and chairs. n nContinuing to the kitchen, polished concrete floors and countertops have been installedfor ease of use and cleaning convenience. A wonderful gas cook top and hood are part of the kitchen island, and over sized refrigerator is great for groceries and cool drinks. An extra long dining table accommodates all 8 guests, and family room opens up just off the dining area for casual conversation or evening coffee/cocktails. n nThrough the kitchen area and out the double doors our guests are presented with the in ground pool and spa, outdoor shower, outdoor built in kitchen, gas firepit and multiple areas of seating, shade, or sunning. This villa sits on 12 acres over looking the valley, offering very nice views both day and night. We've provided early morning and evening views in the photos as well as a 'tour' through the home beginning from the entry, through the living and kitchen areas and bedroom areas. n nAs our guests drive in, a large ample driveway provides comfortable parking for 3 vehicles. Walk in through the courtyard to the front door and onto the marble entryway. To your left is the kitchen, great room and breakfast nook.
