Description:My home is going to be available after June 30th, 2012 for 699.00 per week, plus the required 5% Florida rental tax and the required Florida 6% sales tax, plus the $140.00 cleaning fee that we pay our property manager, Yvonne. Also, expenses (water and electricity) are not included but they are really cheap. I am new to airbnb and do not know how to put this into my estimate. For monthly renters, it is even cheaper, it is only $1499.00 a month plus what is above from May to December which is an awesome price for a home like this but we want long term renters. To compare, December through April is 999.00 per week plus the above charges. Just re-carpeted, repainted and re-landscaped. New furniture. New flat-screen TV. Internet Access. Cable TV. It's perfect. Before you read any further, we want you to know that this house is in the nicest, newest part of Cape Coral next to the exclusive Cape Harbour resort. Due to the economy, there are now a lot of homes listed for rent on here but they can be in older neighborhoods close to noisy malls and traffic and if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, relaxing vacation, then you need to be careful. We are on a huge canal, have a resurfaced pool with all of the amenities you are looking for. We know there are a lot of rental homes now in Cape Coral due to the economy but you want to be sure that you are staying in the nicest, quietest area, the Cape Harbour area. With us, you have the Publix around the corner as well as the new Walgreens drugstore and McDonald's. If you like to bargain shop, there is an awesome Goodwill within 5 minutes as well as the nicest library in Cape Coral about 10 minutes away. Also, the Cape Coral City Beach with beautiful white sugar sand is about 15 minutes away too. It is very, very safe, quiet and clean. We love it because there are NO CROWDS there. Bookmark us, look around and then contact us. You will be happy if you decide to stay in our beautiful home. The Cape Coral houses on this Gulf access canal are selling for $1 million plus and this house is the only rental property available on this street. What street you may ask? Well, these homes are known as Millionaire's Row and are in one of the best locations and best canals in all of Cape Coral. In fact, this home is the cream of the crop. My Cape Coral vacation home is a south facing pool home near Sands Blvd on the 200 plus foot wide Eternity Canal, just minutes from the Gulf. It has been completely redone with fresh paint, art and furniture just for you. When you walk in, the first thing you see is the water and an amazing dining room with a custom glass dining table. As you go around the corner, there is a large family room with custom art, a fireplace (yes, in Florida) and wonderful soft furniture in the back of the house overlooking the canal and pool. Take your shoes off and relax. We have a modern corion counter kitchen with modern appliances, a center island, and wet bar. There are views from the living room, dining room, family room and kitchen of the salt water canal. The home is filled with canal scenery and of the fish jumping and boats going by. The master bedroom of this Cape Coral vacation rental has a great big bathroom with custom bath and stained glass windows. (and a private entrance from the pool if you need it.) The 2 other bedrooms were also just redecorated and lightened up with beautiful art and bedspreads. On to the outside: The front door is surrounded by a custom fish pond and tropical landscaping and above the entrance is an amazing stained glass window. And in back, the pool area has a covered lanai area with the greatest patio furniture you've ever seen. Everyone loves it! Print loungers and patio set will let you know you're on vacation! And you can swim in a clean, protected and large heated pool. Going out through the pool screen to the back lawn, there is a large backyard for croquet. And if you like to fish, you are in luck. There is great fishing just off of the dock area for snook, redfish, jacks, and snapper. (use live or frozen shrimp). Then cook 'em on the grill. What about the interior decor? Well, the Cape Coral house is decorated in simple, elegant Caribbean inspired designer colors. So if you are looking for a place to come to to relax and feel like you are in a high end hotel, then this is your home. It is as nice as I could make it for your comfort.
