Description:A three-story complex of 8 newly renovated apartments on Via degli Irpini. The building is close to the main University “La Sapienza” and approximately 800 meters from Termini Central Station, in the fashionable district called San Lorenzo . This is one of the oldest and most unique areas of Rome, where you will find many great cafes, pubs and restaurants. This area hosts a vivid nightlife, but the building itself is very quiet and safe. The apartments are situated only 400 meters form the ancient walls of the City or Rome, a perfect starting point for visiting the Eternal City by foot or by public transportation. The historical center of Rome is quite small: it is less than 3 kilometers (less than 2 miles) in diametre which includes (from North clockwise): Termini Station, Coliseum, Trastevere and the Vatican. All of the major attractions located are in between. From Flatinrome Termini, you can walk or catch a bus to the main sites, including the Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, etc. The apartments have parquet flooring throughout, double beds that can be divided into singles, air conditioning in every room, Satellite TV, computer with Internet access and WiFi connection in all the building, washing machine and dryer. These fully furnished flats are independent and you can book them separately. They have internal security doors that, upon request, can be opened in order to give you maximum flexibility and sizes from 2 to 22 persons.Flatinrome Termini are 8 independent, different size apartments in a three-storied building sleeping up to 61. For its location and lay out, it’s the perfect choice for groups, but, been located very close to historical center and Termini mainline station, it’s also ideal for people looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city center roads and hotels but in the same time looking for an accommodation in the center of Rome with a reasonable price. Flatinrome Termini it’s in the typical university district named “San Lorenzo”, very convenient for those who are willing to explore the real Roman nightlife.
