The pizzeria De Vino one block away serve excellent yummy but light pizza with fresh Rucula and Parma Ham from italy, oliva and mozzerrella cheese and the best fresh pressed orange and pineapple juice/ smoothie. Also the bakery SUEVIA half block away across from the supermarket DISCO serve the best Ricotta cheese Torta The apartment has a private jacuzzi in its outdoor balcony ( where you will find some bean bag and bug repelling oil lamp bamboo stick on the balcony) a real relax setting for a chill evening! It is also only 5 minutes walk to the precious botanico garden and the cutest zoo that you can find ( the little cute gentle animals are walking around you and you can feed them ) Each floor in this apartment has a bed for 2 people to sleep on, a full bathroom in each floor. Upstair has a white large floor to ceiling wall closet unit with 2 sliding door ( currently being ordering but will arrive in april 2011) Downstair has 2 dark brown large 2 meter height wall closet unit ( with drawers and rack inside the sliding door ) next to the32 inche Toshiba flat screen TV with DVD player ( plays only zone 1 DVD) with local digital Cable TV service. High speed internet installed! The open kitchen has a marble white and black dinning table and 5 dinning chairs, a sofa that can sleep 1 person when cushion are removed ( bedding for this sofa also provided upon request) You can find this apartment fully equipped with Microwave, toaster, electronic stove and electronic oven, kitchen ventilation system, iron and iron board, hair dryer, 2 air conditioner and heating system. One time washing and cleaning applies after a stay For 4 people $40 For 5 people $50.
