Description:This 32 acres charming farm is situated at 80 kms from the city of Buenos Aires,at 4 kms. from the picturesque town of Capilla del Señor, and at 50 kms. from San Antonio de Areco, the gaucho town. Despite the proximity to the city you are immersed into a country setting with a big park, beautiful trees, pastures and horses, very private. The adobe restored house has a capacity for 6 persons, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, one bedroom with a double bed, and 2 bathrooms. The rest of the house includes a living-dining room,a kitchenette, a full kitchen, a barbecue area and plenty of galleries outside- It is fully furnished, and has heat, washer, cable TV.and Internet. There is also a swimming pool overlooking the pastures and horses. It is an ideal place to rest, walk, write, eat at the restaurants in the towns nearby. Additional activities are to watch polo in the neighborhood, when the season is on, or play golf at a short distance. The rent is $200 per day plus a non refundable cleaning deposit of $30. Breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner, including asados(barbacues), can be provided at an additional cost. For laundry services you can contact the housekeeper Hilda and pay her by the hour.
