Description:Luxury 5 bedroom 5 1/2 bath home. Panoramic ocean and beach views from the three decks, private pool and spa, and a 3 min walk to T- street beach. Take the San Clemente beach trail to the pier, restaurants (check our map or google search the address 250 La Rambla 92672. We are in the perfect location!) The home was totally refurnished in 2011 including HD TVs upstairs, down in the large game room and TVs in the bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms have private baths, all with upgraded glass shower enclosures. The upstairs great room with upgraded deluxe kitchen and dining area has panoramic views from the inside that opens to the top balcony for outdoor dining, barbequing and lounging while you watch the surfers at the famous T- street beach. Downstairs the game room has ample space for a game of ping pong. The three levels of decks lead to the private pool and spa and more outdoor lounging deck area. The easy access from the pool area leads down our private stairs to the short walk (3 minute if you walk slow) down the street to the T- street crossing and the best beach in town. You won't want to leave the balconies because the views are amazing. From the surfers on the beach, to the Pier, to Catalina Island and beyond!
