Description:As you drive through West Dry Creek Valley and up Jack Pine Road, you enter the property and have a circular driveway and 3 carport stalls for parking. There are three notable areas on the property, one being the main home, to the right the guest house, and to the left the play area. n nAs you walk to your left, you arrive at the play area, featuring bocce ball court, ping pong table, and play room -- great for crafts or coloring for the kids. This area also leads left around the main house, where you can enter the back area (in the kitchen), master bedroom, or pool area. n nBack to the entry and into the main home, down several stairs and into the front door to your left are 2 guest bedrooms, with 2 twins and 1 queen, an up several steps is the master suite, featuring his and hers sinks, bathtub and large shower. The master has a deep queen bed, writing desk, large flat screen tv, and balcony for views or yard access. n nBack to the entry of the main house, the first presentation our guests will notice is the modern and sleek design of the entire property. Lots of glass and metal accents in every area. A large glass front door greets your entry, multiple windows to let in the gentle breezes are everywhere. n nTo the right of the entry is the living room, family room, dining room and kitchen. The living room features a number of built-in cabinets with tv, stereo and dvd systems, enjoyed in comfortable sofas and chairs. n nContinuing to the kitchen, polished concrete floors and countertops have been installedfor ease of use and cleaning convenience. A wonderful gas cook top and hood are part of the kitchen island, and over sized refrigerator is great for groceries and cool drinks. An extra long dining table accommodates all 8 guests, and family room opens up just off the dining area for casual conversation or evening coffee/cocktails. n nThrough the kitchen area and out the double doors our guests are presented with the in ground pool and spa, outdoor shower, outdoor built in kitchen, gas firepit and multiple areas of seating, shade, or sunning. The entire property is 7 acres, with several areas of gardens and pathways. Enjoy a meal in the sunny outdoor dining area or relax in the cozy living room (with a romantic electric fireplace!), where the leather sofa folds out into a queen-sized bed with a tempur-pedic mattress. Just off of the living room, there is a comfortable bathroom with shower. Between the living and bed rooms is a fully-equipped galley kitchen with black granite counters, cook top stove, a microwave/convection oven and a refrigerator. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a set of French doors that open onto a private, sunny, balcony with cocktail table and chairs. Stellar Jay Cottage has a personal hot tub in a private fenced area, as well as a gas barbeque grill and a 2nd umbrella table dining table in a shady little nook in the yard. It comes equipped with cable TV featuring free movie channels, wireless or Ethernet internet service, and access to a cell phone. We provide luxury linens, oversize towels, and robes for your comfort. For larger groups, the Stellar Jay Cottage is next to the Hummingbird and Heron Cottages. Privacy gates between cottages can be unlocked and opened if a group were to rent the whole compound. With all gates unlocked, guests have access to each other’s yards and the common area. Here are picnic tables, sitting areas, and a campfire ring for morning and evening gatherings. You may rent more than one cottage to accommodate your party’s needs, up to 16 adults. This villa sits on 12 acres over looking the valley, offering very nice views both day and night. We've provided early morning and evening views in the photos as well as a 'tour' through the home beginning from the entry, through the living and kitchen areas and bedroom areas. n nAs our guests drive in, a large ample driveway provides comfortable parking for 3 vehicles. Walk in through the courtyard to the front door and onto the marble entryway. To your left is the kitchen, great room and breakfast nook.
