Find yourselves one mile from the Vineman bike route, three miles from Lake Sonoma, nine miles from Healdsburg, where you can rent a kayak for kayaking down the Russian River or rent a bike to go biking in the Dry Creek Valley, and also located within walking or biking distance of numerous wineries for an exquisite wine tasting experience. n nWinter brings a more quiet time and our farm can become a secluded restorative hideaway for rest and relaxation. Reading, long walks in the fresh air, contemplation and clarification...all are possible. n nA Continental breakfast of fresh fruit, with choice of muffin or croissant is provided, along with orange juice, and a hot pot for fresh-brewed tea and/or coffee from fresh ground coffee beans from our local Flying Goat coffee shop. (Please let us know your preference for the muffin or croissant and cream and /or sugar for your tea or coffee!) A microwave is also provided.

Experience the beauty of this valley on day trips to mountain vistas, the Pacific Coastline, and the Redwood forests. Enjoy wine tasting in Napa's and Sonoma's exquisite vineyards. Historically, Sonoma offers the visitor the opportunity to learn more about the settlement of the West. All this is available when you stay in the beautifully appointed one bedroom cottage, kitchenette and luxurious bathroom. The Annex provides a sitting room/library for your use when you are taking a break from exploring the Valley. The cottage is surrounded by flower and vegetable gardens, a private patio, outdoor dining and a rocking chair porch from which you can view the night sky. As your host I am happy to provide maps, suggestions and recommendations for fine dining. Breakfast is provided for you to take to your cottage between 8am and 10am and wine and cheese is offered in the evening between 5p and 6p. You can have body treatments provided by qualified massage therapists scheduled upon request.
