A large living area -- with a wood-burning fireplace and baby grand piano -- opens up to a deck that looks out to rolling hills and a grassy meadow dotted with cows. A cheerful kitchen is equipped with everything needed to easily entertain 10 or more people in the adjacent dining area. nThe light-filled lower level features glass doors opening up to a fenced back yard. A comfortable family room on this level, with a pull-out sofa bed, provides a separate area for the kids to play games or for TV watching. Restful meadow views are also afforded from the first-floor master bedroom, which has a master bath with separate tub and shower. A third bedroom on the lower level has a king bed and its own bathroom. An additional bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor as well. nThe house is equipped with wi-fi, high-speed internet, unlimited local and long-distance service, 40-inch plasma TV with DVD/VHS and a stereo system. Washer and dryer are on site as is all the equipment you will need for outdoor excursions: beach chairs, umbrellas, a picnic basket and coolers. You can cook out on a gas grill, and firewood is provided for the fireplace as well as for beach fires, which are permitted on nearby Ribera Beach. The garage is not available for cars, but there is off-street parking for two vehicles and plenty more parking on the street. n nIdeal for one or more families or several couples, this is a welcoming place where you can relax and feel at home. When you arrive, you will be greeted with a personal note and a basket with a bottle of sparkling cider and sun-dried tomato pesto torta in the refrigerator and animal crackers for the kids. nFor nature lovers, a 10-minute walk will take you to off-the-beaten-path places never discovered by most tourists, including Ribera Beach and Carmel River Beach, where the Carmel River empties into the ocean. Depart usually at 1pm and return the next day at 1pm. lots of fun stuff to do , tow the dingy and go ashore , barbeque on the back of the boat ,whale,dolphin and bird watching too! Just to name a few. Bella (Tierra Lynn) will set sail for your sunset cruise according to day light savings times, either 4pm to 6pm or summers 5pm to 7pm. Boarding times is 10 minutes before sail. Sunset sails only have a total of six guests so there is plenty of room on deck for all to enjoy and be comfortable. Overnight paid parking is available for 10.00 all night. additional paid parking may be necessary in the morning from 8am til 10am. check out is at 10am. Breakfast will be served around 8:30 am and check out is at 10am. You may bring anything you like on board for your sunset sail and your over night stay, food, beverages, alcohol. There is a heater on board and plenty of clean warm linens aboard to keep you nice and toasty over night. Nothing ever goes overboard as we are in a pristine Monterey Bay . (Gym is open 24 hours) This house is a traditional 2-Story home with the living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and laundry room downstairs and the 3 bed rooms and 2 full baths up stairs. There is room to park about 4 cars but has no garage. The closest cross streets are Pacific and Grove in Monterey them to see what a great location IN Monterey 10 min walking to downtown. Driving its 2 Minutes literally from Pebble Beach Highway 1 Gate, 3-5 Minutes from Access to beaches, 2-4 Minutes from downtown Monterey Fisherman's Warf shopping, 5 Minutes to Cannery Row, Groceries, Recreation, The Del Monte Shopping Center (Restaurants, Movie Theaters, Shopping, Snacks, etc) and more. It has a fenced in back yard and a comfortable feeling. It has 3 beds 1 king in the master and a queen in each of the other rooms. Internet and cable (If you rent a movie it will be coming out of the deposit) the owner is young and flexible with what you would want in the house and or out of it and check ins and outs. You walk into the house to the right down the hall of the entry is the half bath and at the end of the hall is the laundry room. Straight through the entry to the right is the dining room that is open to the kitchen in the dining room there is a sliding glass door to the side yard. Opposite the dining room is the living room with fireplace, TV, and computer. Through the living room is sliding glass door to the back yard that if fenced in and has gas BBQ. Straight ahead from the entry past the dining room and kitchen are the stairs up to the bedrooms from the top of the stairs you have the master on the left. In the master you have a double sink vanity with large closets with full sized mirror closet doors through that and through the door is the shower and toilet you have a TV with full cable box. Back at the top of the stairs to the right is the first guest room that is large with full sized mirror closet doors as well, elliptical machine, stereo, and TV. In the house you have full sized appliances gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, mixers, coffee machine, washer and dryer they all work and are in very good condition.
