Description:OPT FOR ** Monterey Bay Aquarium Passes Half Price ** If your going to be going to the Monterey Bay Aquarium we have member passes that we rent out for half the price of a normal ticket there are up to 7 people 2-4 Adult passes and 3-5 kids passes Adults are $15 (Normally $30) and the Kids are $10 (Normally $20) this is something you can opt for when you arrive We also offer a Hyatt Gym/Spa Card that is usable for the pool, wet and dry saunas, gym, tennis courts, and more for $10 a day. (Gym is open 24 hours) This house is a traditional 2-Story home with the living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and laundry room downstairs and the 3 bed rooms and 2 full baths up stairs. There is room to park about 4 cars but has no garage. The closest cross streets are Pacific and Grove in Monterey them to see what a great location IN Monterey 10 min walking to downtown. Driving its 2 Minutes literally from Pebble Beach Highway 1 Gate, 3-5 Minutes from Access to beaches, 2-4 Minutes from downtown Monterey Fisherman's Warf shopping, 5 Minutes to Cannery Row, Groceries, Recreation, The Del Monte Shopping Center (Restaurants, Movie Theaters, Shopping, Snacks, etc) and more. It has a fenced in back yard and a comfortable feeling. It has 3 beds 1 king in the master and a queen in each of the other rooms. Internet and cable (If you rent a movie it will be coming out of the deposit) the owner is young and flexible with what you would want in the house and or out of it and check ins and outs. You walk into the house to the right down the hall of the entry is the half bath and at the end of the hall is the laundry room. Straight through the entry to the right is the dining room that is open to the kitchen in the dining room there is a sliding glass door to the side yard. Opposite the dining room is the living room with fireplace, TV, and computer. Through the living room is sliding glass door to the back yard that if fenced in and has gas BBQ. Straight ahead from the entry past the dining room and kitchen are the stairs up to the bedrooms from the top of the stairs you have the master on the left. In the master you have a double sink vanity with large closets with full sized mirror closet doors through that and through the door is the shower and toilet you have a TV with full cable box. Back at the top of the stairs to the right is the first guest room that is large with full sized mirror closet doors as well, elliptical machine, stereo, and TV. Continuing down the hall is the full bath (shower over tub) on the left and third bedroom on the right this is the smaller of the rooms and has a standard sized closet with mirrored closet doors. In the house you have full sized appliances gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, mixers, coffee machine, washer and dryer they all work and are in very good condition. Follow the path down the slope behind the house to a waterfall, the jacuzzi, an outdoor fireplace/barbecue, and an additional deck level with space-heater, hammock, and seating for relaxing and enjoying beautiful sunsets. The large kitchen, the large living room with plasma screen, Bose DVD player exquisite shops cozy, gourmet restaurants boutiques and beautiful white-sand beach! The renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row are quick drive north or you can take Highway 1 a few minutes south to see the pristine coastline and tides pools at Point Lobos Nature & Marine Reserve. Then if you think you're about to run out of ways to relax and enjoy yourself, take a bottle of wine down to the beach to watch the sunset, golf at Pebble Beach or any of the other six golf courses located near by, or take a drive down to Big Sur and enjoy its remarkable vistas.
