Each new reservation gets new kitchen cleaning supplies & the bathroom steam cleaned. The reading area has a unique raised coffee table on casters for cards or computer.. There is a small hospital in Las Varas (20 minutes away) and a larger one in San Poncho. Puerto Vallarta has 4 hospitals, one of which they claim is a state of the art. n n AN ABSENCE OF PESKY FLYING INSECTS allows you to enjoy living outside with just the rustling of palm trees and a constant ocean breeze.
