Description:Six bright one bedroom suites in walled property in sunny Sayulita, Mexico, 40 minutes north of Puerta Vallarta. n nOur property is located in the quiet, Mexican family area of the village which assures you of a good nights sleep. We are an easy 6 minute walk from the plaza, beach and all the restaurants and clubs. n nEach suite is completely self contained, with full kitchen which has a full size stove and fridge, microwave and everything you need to use in the kitchen. The kitchen, dining and sitting area are open plan. n nThe bedroom has very comfortable king, or twin, beds and there is a bathroom with shower and lots of hot water. n nWe have a patio on the front of the property surrounded by palm trees, Bougainvillea and Hibiscus and another terrace on the roof with great views, lounges and table and chairs where guests sunbathe, meet to chat, read a book or have dinner. n nWe have a real community feeling on the property and guests like to get together in the evening on one of the terraces for a sundowner, yet each suite has complete privacy too. We have great guests and a lot of them return each year and everyone is very friendly. n nIn the Bougainvillea suite on the top floor we have a small herb garden where you can pick herbs for your special recipe. We also have a large kitchen there for cooking classes, and an open area for Yoga and Spanish classes. This suite can also be rented for yoga retreats, or as accommodation and is open on two side with great views. n nThere is a coin operated laundry with washer and dryer on the ground floor. We also have WIFI and free phone calls to the US and Canada. n n
