This is for a Self serviced arrangement, there are no daily checks on the condition of the facility as would occur with serviced facilities. We were at a conference at Novotel Brighton Beach and this is just a very quick walk away and a much nicer place to stay. Good off road parking and barbecue all add to a great stay. Description:This newly renovated studio apartment comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay close to the city and the Eastern suburbs, harbour and beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery etc. The bathroom has a powerful shower and new sink and cabinet. The main room has a brand new Queen sized bed and mattress, a futon, a fold down table and chairs as well as a flat screen TV and air conditioning and plenty of storage. The windows are large, taking up most of one side of the room so the flat is incredibly bright and airy with a leafy outlook. The added benefit of this apartment is the space on the roof terrace. There is a large area on top of the building equipped with a BBQ and plenty of tables and chairs. This is a lovely area which is almost always empty and perfect to enjoy reading a book or eating breakfast whilst enjoying the incredible views of the city, harbour bridge and harbour. The flat itself is positioned very conveniently to everything and is within walking distance to most places, 25 minutes to the city, 20 minutes to the Darling Point ferry, 10 minutes to Kings Cross, 10 minutes to Darlinghurst, 5 minutes to Edgecliff train station which takes you to Bondi Junction in 5 minutes and into the city in 10 minutes as does the bus stop which is 2 minutes from the apartment. If you take the bus the other way, it will take you to Double Bay, Rose Bay, Vaucluse and Watsons Bay, all great places to visit. There are supermarkets and plenty of shops and food outlets in a centre with the train station in it.
