These beautiful birds are laying 5 eggs a day and delighting our guests with their gorgeous plumage and plucky nature. (See photos!) Within the grounds of the Eco Garden, in the heart of Bondi Beach, is an expansive two story house featuring four private bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large combined kitchen and dining room. Each room has its own distinctive character while the shared rooms feature an eclectic mix of modernist furniture, re purposed items and eco friendly materials. Nestled within the leafy end of Hall Street, it is designed to provide a balance between private room accommodation and a social experience. Each room provides something different whether you prefer to look out on the gardens and tennis courts to the rear of the property, or enjoy the morning sun and bird song from the garden rooms to the front. The Gatsby is a large second story bedroom which overlooks the tennis courts towards the rear of the property. The room has a wall to wall window and enjoys a view of a huge Jacaranda (beautiful Aussie purple flowering tree) and native gums that attract the local Kookaburras. The style is turn of the century English tennis set, croquet and cocktails with a touch of class and a queen sized bed. All natural organic finishes are used throughout, including wooden floors to ensure your stay is as healthy as it is relaxing. The combined kitchen and social area features a large custom designed dining table large enough to accommodate all of the apartment's guests who are invited to share a meal together. The dining area leads onto the exterior deck overlooking the garden where you can enjoy an evening drink and watch the sun set over the Bondi valley. Description:A stone's throw from beautiful North Curl Curl Beach, this newly built private 500 square metre air-conditioned mansion offers incredible views along Curl Curl beach, south west to Manly and west across Curl Curl lagoon. A 25 metre lap pool and a massive spa make this house a dream for families and couples alike. For musicians,there is a fantastic Steinway piano in the music room. Off the music room is a covered outside deck with a BBQ area and amazing views to Manly. Sit out here and watch the sunset or if you prefer, watch it from the spa with a glass of champagne. There is a 2-3 person lift for bringing your luggage or shopping upstairs or for people who don't like to, or can't, walk upstairs easily. A fully fitted out gym is available for those who want to get, or stay, fit on their holiday. The house was completely renovated in 2010 and decorated in a modern beach house style, with travertine floors through most of the house and Queensland Spotted Gum timber floors in the bedrooms. The kitchen is massive with a large Caesar Stone island bench. Most of the upstairs rooms have extensive views of Curl Curl beach. The house is 90 seconds down a flight of stairs to the beach with no roads to cross. The master suite and the other upstairs bedroom both contain their own private bath and ensuite. The master bedroom has a top of the range super comfortable King sized bed with deep pillow top. The second upstairs bedroom and the two downstairs bedrooms have super comfortable Queen sized beds, two of which are top of the range beds with a deep pillow top. Both downstairs bedrooms have ensuites. Main downstairs bedroom has a separate adjoining living area and kitchenette. All ensuites have marble floors and vanities. There is an enclosed backyard with a doggy door for a small to small-medium dog. Small dogs are allowed on request if they are well behaved and house trained.
