Description:A stone's throw from beautiful North Curl Curl Beach, this newly built private 500 square metre air-conditioned mansion offers incredible views along Curl Curl beach, south west to Manly and west across Curl Curl lagoon. A 25 metre lap pool and a massive spa make this house a dream for families and couples alike. For musicians,there is a fantastic Steinway piano in the music room. Off the music room is a covered outside deck with a BBQ area and amazing views to Manly. Sit out here and watch the sunset or if you prefer, watch it from the spa with a glass of champagne. There is a 2-3 person lift for bringing your luggage or shopping upstairs or for people who don't like to, or can't, walk upstairs easily. A fully fitted out gym is available for those who want to get, or stay, fit on their holiday. The house was completely renovated in 2010 and decorated in a modern beach house style, with travertine floors through most of the house and Queensland Spotted Gum timber floors in the bedrooms. The kitchen is massive with a large Caesar Stone island bench. Most of the upstairs rooms have extensive views of Curl Curl beach. The house is 90 seconds down a flight of stairs to the beach with no roads to cross. The master suite and the other upstairs bedroom both contain their own private bath and ensuite. The master bedroom has a top of the range super comfortable King sized bed with deep pillow top. The second upstairs bedroom and the two downstairs bedrooms have super comfortable Queen sized beds, two of which are top of the range beds with a deep pillow top. The apartment is located on busy Bourke Street, which runs directly to the airport in one direction (10 minute drive) and through to Woolloomooloo, the Botanical Gardens, the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge in the other direction. The other main roads around my place take you directly to Bondi Beach, Darlinghurst and Kings Cross, or, directly out through the western suburbs to the beautiful Blue Mountains. Description:This two-storey, 'semi-detached' house is in a quiet cul-de-sac but only a 12-minute (yes, we timed it) flat walk to Coogee Beach - a beach so popular you'd have to park 10 mins away anyway! It's also only a short walk to the UNSW, the Prince of Wales Hospital, Children's Hospital and Royal Women's Hospital. Our home is renovated with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms (incl a bath upstairs), spacious lounge, internal laundry, and its own small pool in a private backyard. Bedding comprises 1xQueen room, 2x single-bed rooms, plus double pull-out sofa bed in another room and a pullout single sofa bed in one of the single rooms (sleeping maximum of 7, but usually a family of 4). Amenities include widescreen TV, DVD, cable/payTV, stereo, modern kitchen (Smeg oven), 3-plate outdoor gas BBQ... plus, for the kids, a small park or 'reserve' next door. There's parking for a car on the street or in the driveway. It's also close to the other beachside suburbs - you can do the famous coastal walk from Coogee to Bondi (and back!), and beautiful Centennial Park. It's a walk to the shops and cafes at Coogee, Randwick and 'The Spot', which is also the location of the historic Ritz Cinema. With all those cafes and restaurants it's just as well we're also a walk from the local Fitness First gym! We can give you lots of recommendations ... There are fantastic bus transport services to the city and other beaches are also just up or down the road (depending on destination). We also have multiple GoGet carshare cars in walking distance. One note: this is a family area, so our home would suit only those prepared to respect our neighbours' right to peaceful co-existence! Our home has a cat, but Charlie will go on holiday too - unless you love cats, in which case he's great company. We can have our cleaners come once a week for a long stay - at $75 a week currently (we will only charge you what they charge us). The standard $120 cleaning fee is a once-only fee to restore to original condition at end of your stay.
