There is a large area on top of the building equipped with a BBQ and plenty of tables and chairs. This is a lovely area which is almost always empty and perfect to enjoy reading a book or eating breakfast whilst enjoying the incredible views of the city, harbour bridge and harbour. The flat itself is positioned very conveniently to everything and is within walking distance to most places, 25 minutes to the city, 20 minutes to the Darling Point ferry, 10 minutes to Kings Cross, 10 minutes to Darlinghurst, 5 minutes to Edgecliff train station which takes you to Bondi Junction in 5 minutes and into the city in 10 minutes as does the bus stop which is 2 minutes from the apartment. If you take the bus the other way, it will take you to Double Bay, Rose Bay, Vaucluse and Watsons Bay, all great places to visit. There are supermarkets and plenty of shops and food outlets in a centre with the train station in it.
