Description:I am going overseas from December 22nd to January 16th and have an amazing flat to rent out - one of the best flats in Bondi (I mean that!). Note the unmatched location on the map. * The whole apartment (all 3 rooms) can be rented for $450 per night, or 1-2 rooms can be rented for a lesser amount (contact me to discuss price) if you are willing to share the flat wth a fun 30 year old girl from Sweden (who knows Bondi well and can act as an unofficial guide). Top floor, large, spacious, absolute beachfront with views from nearly every room including sweeping panoramic views of the beach from the living room and two of the three bedrooms. Why stay near the beach when you can stay ON THE BEACH?! The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with LOTS of room - very spacious. The whole building was renovated recently. * Sleeps up to 7 people (3 bedrooms with 2 queens and 1 double, plus an extra twin bed in one of the common rooms) * Fully furnished * Dishwasher * Washer / Dryer * Balcony facing sunset with BBQ / second entrance * In the middle of shops / restaurants / bars * Public transit at your doorstep * Large kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, oven, 4-burner stove, etc * Security building with electronic key entry * TV / DVD / Stereo * Wi-Fi internet connection * Iron / ironing board * Overhead ceiling fan in one bedroom * Multiple floor-standing bedroom fans in the other bedrooms (due to the regular afternoon sea breeze, fans and hardwood floors, the flat cools down nicely) * Optional use of surfboards and boogie board (replacement cost incurred if damaged or broken) Please be clean, responsible, and respectful -- I am entrusting you with my apartment (and thus a lot of my stuff) after all! We are situated just outside of Adelaide, so the location is well situated for events such as The Festival of Arts, The Fringe Festival, Womad, and the V8 Supercar Races (7 mins. by bus, and 12 -15 mins by foot) The property is 2 streets from the River Torrens, and River Park,which makes for a most enjoyable walk into the city, along the river. The accomodation is probably best suited to a family, a couple, or a single person with double innerspring sofa bed (very comfortable), and 2 single beds in the loft area. 4 adults could however be accomodated easily. It contains a kitchenette, with microwave, fridge, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, Also included are a 32 flat screen with digital TV, a DVD player for movies and music, a stereo system, and reverse cycle airconditioning for comfortable relaxation. Internet access is also available. You will also have acces to the outdoor kitchen, with hot and cold sink, 4 burner hooded BBQ, and outdoor pergola covered table and chairs.
