Set up for a young family the 2 br apartment is ideal for a couple with a child but can also be set up for 2 couples. Internet , large digital TV , a chef's kitchen and a great communal garden shared with the block of 4 apartments. We are renting the apartment completely stocked so are looking for a longer rental and require a deposit as our posessions will be trusted to the renter. The prefect holiday rental in North Bondi. We will be out of state but have family within 2 mins of the apartment who can assist with any issues or problems. Renter will need to feed fish and water garden. No pets allowed in the building.

You don't have to be an academic though! Kitchen/Living (with desk for work as well as usual sofa/table/etc) double bedroom with good wardrobe space separate laundry-storeroom shower / washroom terrace space on-street parking (if you're quick) coffee-shops, parks, public transport all on the doorstep. We provide wireless plug-in for those that ask for it (and we agree how much bandwidth you want, charge at-cost). No pets but the area has a lot of animals so you can see dog walkers in Sydney park and cats sitting on nearby walls on the street make the place feel friendly and homely. We will loan you a bike if you need one to get to the swimming pool, library, or further afield. The neighbourhood is close to the centre of things if you walk to Newtown or hop on a bus, but also residential and calm. There is a bus that takes you to the city and also in the other direction to Bondi Junction, and to UNSW, it stops just near the end of the street. Safe walking at night for people living alone. On-street parking but you have to compete for it. Ground floor so access is good for guests who can't use stairs. Nicely sized shower/washroom so not a cramped en-suite feeling. Good wardrobe space.
