Description:I am going overseas from December 22nd to January 16th and have an amazing flat to rent out - one of the best flats in Bondi (I mean that!). Note the unmatched location on the map. * The whole apartment (all 3 rooms) can be rented for $450 per night, or 1-2 rooms can be rented for a lesser amount (contact me to discuss price) if you are willing to share the flat wth a fun 30 year old girl from Sweden (who knows Bondi well and can act as an unofficial guide). Top floor, large, spacious, absolute beachfront with views from nearly every room including sweeping panoramic views of the beach from the living room and two of the three bedrooms. Why stay near the beach when you can stay ON THE BEACH?! The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with LOTS of room - very spacious. The whole building was renovated recently. * Sleeps up to 7 people (3 bedrooms with 2 queens and 1 double, plus an extra twin bed in one of the common rooms) * Fully furnished * Dishwasher * Washer / Dryer * Balcony facing sunset with BBQ / second entrance * In the middle of shops / restaurants / bars * Public transit at your doorstep * Large kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, oven, 4-burner stove, etc * Security building with electronic key entry * TV / DVD / Stereo * Wi-Fi internet connection * Iron / ironing board * Overhead ceiling fan in one bedroom * Multiple floor-standing bedroom fans in the other bedrooms (due to the regular afternoon sea breeze, fans and hardwood floors, the flat cools down nicely) * Optional use of surfboards and boogie board (replacement cost incurred if damaged or broken) Please be clean, responsible, and respectful -- I am entrusting you with my apartment (and thus a lot of my stuff) after all! The beds and bedding are new and of high quality. Ample linen and towels are provided. The well lit modern bathroom has been fitted with separate glass shower unit, mixer taps, full size bath (great for families or a long hot soak after a day at the beach), tiles to ceiling and huge wall mirror. There is also an internal laundry with large laundry tub, washing machine and clothes dryer. Additionally there is undercover parking space as well as plenty of parking in the street. Everything has been thought of by the owners to make your stay comfortable with extra personal touches like candles and throw rugs. The property is just a 2 minute walk to the renowned surfing beach and white sands of Bondi. The immediate area is host to a great variety of cafes, restaurants and specialty shops close to and on the beach front. Walkers will enjoy the coastal stroll to neighbouring beaches Tamarama and Coogee. Ideal for a family holiday, romantic getaway, relocating, renovating or corporate stays. Balmoral Beach is a true Sydney treasure - On the water go swimming, sailing, kyaking, diving and boating. Along the foreshore walk along the Esplanade and enjoy the cosmopolitan mix of locals and visitors taking in the beautiful harbour views. Parks offer places to rest, picnic or exercise. Venture into the harbour foreshore walking trails through beautiful Sydney bushland, walk to Taronga Zoo in one direction and Manly Beach in the other. Sample the fare in one of the popular cafes or restaurants all with wonderful harbour views. Wander away from the beach and up the hill to the village shopping centre of Mosman. Wonderful shopping, fabulous restaurants, premium fine food purveyors ...another cosmopolitan experience. Travel along the Northern Beaches Penninsular by car or bus to beautiful surfing beaches including Manly Beach and Palm Beach only a short distance away. For the business traveller North Sydney is a short bus ride away. Balmoral truly has it all! TESTAMONIALS My wife and I recently stayed for a week at the Balmoral apartment with our son and his wife who were over from Perth. In the last couple of years we have been fortunate enough to stay in similar self.catering apartments in Perth and and half a dozen cities in Europe and we have no hesitation in saying that in terms of professionalism, comfort and homeliness the Balmoral apartment was the best. What we appreciated most was that the apartment was properly set up for us with the things that you need in a self-catering apartment. I didn't have to contact the landlord to complain that there weren't sufficient plates (Perth), no kettle (Venice), the hot water hadn't been switched on (Florence), the linen was worn out (Rome), and so on. While those little annoyances I've cited are easily fixed what they do signify when you encounter them is a lack of attention to detail and understanding of what the customers want. Because there was sufficient of everything (including towels, linen, coffee, tea and a few basic tins of food in the pantry) we could relax as soon as we arrived without having to waste time getting things fixed up. In short, our first impressions were very favourable. What else is there to say about the apartment? It has great views and is close to good public transport and the beach. My wife and I enjoy walking and there are several excellent walks that you can do from the apartment. We loved staying in Balmoral and the apartment was the ideal location. Next time we are in Sydney we'd stay there again Michael. Price based on up to 4 guests.
