Description:Our Waterfront B&B is located 30 minutes south of Sydney city by train and around 15 minutes to Cronulla Beach by car. We have up to 3 rooms available our Spa room which has a King bed, 105cm plasma T V , a fridge & a full separate bathroom with a spa bath . Our Ensuite room has a King bed , large plasma T V , a fridge & an ensuite bathroom . Our Double room has a double bed , a small T V & its own separate full bathroom which is down the hallway All rooms overlook the pool & the River have tea making facilities, & homemade biscuits & liqueur chocolates . Our accommodation is suitable for up to 3 couples. Our B&B is set in a very tranquil part of Sydney on the Georges River that enters Botany Bay. Rejuvenate while relaxing by the pool in our unique hammock reading a book or the paper. Or why not end a warm summer s day with a dip in our pool overlooking the picturesque Georges River. Continental Breakfast or beautiful hot breakfast prepared by the host Yvonne with all the goodies sausages, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, orange juice, tea and percolated coffee it could keep you going all day! At other times there will be mouth watering home made liqueur chocolates and biscuits. Rates For single night the full amount is payable on booking. For multiple nights a 50% deposit is required. Payment is by cash, money order, direct bank deposit or credit card.

How does that sound? There is one downside we cannot get TV reception in this home, so if you are addicted to the TV, please don't book, however, we do have a large selection of DVDs which you can watch in the family room or on your laptop in the comfort of your room. Our B&B is a French Provincial inspired traditional terrace on three and a half levels situated just south of Hyde Park and in walking distance of Central Railway Station. The home is an eclectic mix of old and new, modern and antique, light and shade. We offer a large and luxurious bathroom with separate shower recess, an open and airy kitchen where you are free to make tea and coffee from a range of teas including organic a lovely courtyard to relax in, and the most peaceful and calm oasis close to the CBD that you could wish for. We are close to Hyde Park, Centre Point Tower, the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbour, Chinatown, all theatres, museums, art galleries, St Mary's Cathedral, Fox Studios, Sydney Cricket Ground, swimming pools and the Domain. There is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and coffee shops, and you can shop till you drop in the City, Darling Harbour, The Rocks and famous Oxford Street. Just a two minute walk from the front door you will find a stop for the 555 Bus. This CBD shuttle will get you around the City for shopping, business or to connect with other transport. It's frequent and it's FREE and operates every 10 minutes in both directions between 10 am and 3.30pm on weekdays (until 9pm on Thursday nights) and between 10 am and 6pm on weekends. We have many repeat guests who remark on the comfort and convenience they experience whilst staying here. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and it is very well located, on a nice quiet street with easy access to CBD. We walked everywhere, and there are nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The host, Leonie was wonderful and very helpful. There is wi fi internet that works very well. We stayed in various hotels in Sydney as well, but this was by far the nicest, because it was like staying in someone's home. You will not regret booking here! A and K, NYC Leonie is one of a kind. Description:A room for one person at beautiful Freshwater Beach, near Manly. The room is in a free standing house, which is a short walk from Freshwater Beach and also Curl Curl Beach. Enjoy the privacy of your own room and separate desk area. Facilities include cable TV in the living area, a freestanding bath, dishwasher, and a home delivered newspaper. Cook a BBQ on the large covered deck listening to the birds in the tall trees that surround the house. Evening possum spotlighting in the backyard is fun! Breakfast is included home baked bread served with fruit, home made yoghurt, cereals and juice. Coffee and tea are available all day. A welcome evening meal is provided on your first night, so you can relax as soon as you arrive! It's only 100 mt to a bus to the city (peak hour Mon Fri), to Manly, or to Warringah Mall. It's a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre where there is a supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants. The Harbord Hilton (the local pub) and the Harbord Diggers Club are also close by. All linen is provided, and there is no cleaning fee! Need to store some gear while you travel in Australia? No problem, leave it here at no charge. Free unlimited use of a 6'2 chilli surfboard (with a $200 bond). A body board and snorkelling gear for the beach are also provided free. A sea kayak and transportation to some lovely local still water is available for a small charge. The home gym is comprised of a new exercise bike (with heart rate monitor), Swiss ball, Bak Ball, TheraBand, hand weights, leg weights, yoga mat and Ki yoga DVD.
