Description:You'll love our super sunny bright and breezy apartment in the heart of Bondi Beach in Sydney. It's on the top floor of a small friendly block with an outlook from the balcony over Bondi and through the trees to the ocean. On the balcony is a lovely daybed and table and chairs for dining al fresco on balmy nights, and it also gets a beautiful sea breeze. Its 3 minutes walk to Bondi Beach and cafes, wine bars, restaurants, shops and pubs, and an easy bus ride to Bondi Junction or Sydney CBD. It has 2 bedrooms - one queen bed in the large main bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the 2nd bedroom/study which is suitable for one adult. The apartment block is next to a park, so all rooms have a leafy outlook and its completely private. The apartment has loads of character - its in an old Spanish style building so it's not modern and shiny but it is tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable including a dishwasher, bath and internal washing machine. It's up 3 flights of stairs but worth it for the breeze and the outlook! Generally a minimum of 2 nights stay, and a 5 night minimum during Xmas, New Year and Easter holidays.
