We live on a very quiet tree lined street. A short 5min stroll and you can be relaxing on Point Chevalier beach on the beautiful Waitamata Harbor. Pt Chev has an active sailing club and at the beach you may be entertained by windsailers and kite sailors. It is an easy thing to get lessons or hire the boards. This home is very child friendly with toys available and extra features like hirechair and cot can also be requested. Local facilities within walking distance are, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and shops, hairdresser, parks, library, beach, church, tennis courts, bowling club, public golf club, zoo, museum, bike trails, bus stop. Eden Park where the Rugby will be played is only 15min by bus or car. We are 10min from the centre of Auckland city where ‘Sky Tower’ is and our largest casino. All this means we are 12mins from Rugby Central, Down Town and that is where there will be large screens for public viewing and many cafes and plenty of atmosphere.

Upstairs there is a larger veranda with dining table for 6 and coffee table for 2 and a beautiful view over forestland, hills and the sea. The bedroom has a double bed and space for a baby cot. In the hallway above the stairs there is a single bed.The bathroom on the groundfloor has shower and the kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table for 5 and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa-bed(futon) which can sleep 2 persons. There are also 2 sunbeds and a hammock in the garden. There are fans and a/c without extra cost. There is a playground for the children and lots of space in the garden to put up your hammock, play boule or to move out the dinner table from the veranda into the shade of an olive tree.100 m down the road you will find Zakynthos' most relaxing little beach, Porto Roma. Within 100-300 m from Daphnes villas and apartments, there is a mini market, three taverns, one coffee bar, car rental, tennis court and also a small hotel with a swimming pool open for all.
