These bedrooms share a bathroom on the second level which is beautifully tiled and houses a $3000.00 electric toilet (!) The guest bedroom is situated on the east side of the house on the lower level and this too has an en suite bathroom. This bedroom opens out on to a gravel pathway that leads to the deck. nThe kitchen is designed with a chef in mind, top of the line appliances, ample storage and an island to allow you to cook and interact with guests as the dining room is accessible to the south and the living area to the west. The property is gated and walled on the north boundary. There is a green chain link fence to the west and the vegetation is so dense to the east as to be impassable. The winding driveway is graveled, there is a timber carport to the east covered in purple bougainvillea. The garage is 1.5 cars. One, known as Kots House, is a 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home built in the late 1800's and recently fully remodeled. It will sleep 9 people. The other, known as Kots Studio, is smaller, also 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, and will sleep 4 people. Each has its own private yard.The larger Kots House (4 bedrooms) features 1 California King bed upstairs, 1 regular King bed downstairs, 1 Queen bed upstairs, 1 Double bunk bed downstairs (the bottom bunk bed is a double bed with a single bed on top).It has a large, pleasant family kitchen, fully equipped with many extras. The Gathering Table seats 8 and there is counter seating for 2 adults or 3 children. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee pot, teapot and many other useful items not usually provided in rentals. There is also a washer and dryer in the house.There is cable TV in the kitchen as well as the living room, and plenty of movies on DVD to watch.There is also a movable electric fireplace made by the Amish from oak trees.There is a mural of the Schweitzer Basin in the living room of Kots House that was painted by Russell Kotschevar, a well known local businessman who owned and built a local pub downtown. He also carved 'Pend O'Reille Pete', a larger-than-life-size statue which is displayed at US Bank just a couple of blocks from the property. 'Pete' is pretty famous and travels to various exhibits all over the country.The property has a small, grassy front yard and there are large, beautiful trees lining the street. The back yard is small and completely fenced with an outdoor firepit, a BBQ grill, table & chairs, and a covered, cushioned 3 seat swing.Smoking is permitted on the covered outdoor patio and the yard , but smoking inside the rental houses is not allowed and will result in the loss of deposit.Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional deposits or rental fees may apply.There is room for 2-3 cars to be parked in the driveway next to the house.Kots Studio is a 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath house with one King bed and one Queen bed upstairs, to sleep 4. It was originally the studio of Russell Kotschevar, who carved “Pend O’Reille Pete” in this very house, which is why it became known as “Kots Studio.”The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee pot, teapot and many other useful items.There is cable TV and plenty of movies on DVD to watch.It has its own private small back yard and a large covered patio out front.There is parking for 2 cars off the alley next to the house.Smoking is permitted on the covered outdoor patio and the yard , but smoking inside the rental houses is not allowed and will result in the loss of deposit.Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. The villa is composed as follows: a living over 50m ², a fitted kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 garage and 1 storeroom. The garden has an area of 1100m ² pool included. You enter at ground level where you will find the spacious lounge with a fireplace including a large flat-screen TV with UK satellite and WIFI. There is a separate dining area with a large table which seats 12 people. This dining area has access to the terrace and is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and is suitable for cooking for 12 people. On the lowest level is the games-room, the double garage and an extra bathroom. There are a number of fitness machines, a ping-pong table and a football table. Also here is a large flat-screen TV, so ideal for kids to spend their time, (can connect play-station etc). Outside at the ground entry level you have a very spacious terrace with stairs (can be closed off so kids can’t get to the pool), leading to the large pool with roman-steps with around 5m x 12m. There is also a separate Jacuzzi/Spa adjacent to the pool.

Access is via the A9 motorway, exit 27 (Sommières), it is situated in the vineyard just 35 kilometer from the sea, 10 kilometer and 15 kilometer cevennes of the Camargue. The attractions are permanent, it is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in a splendid. This villa is designed to accommodate 12 people, is located in a small village called Gailhan, winegrowers village near the town of Sommieres. Please note that this villa is located next to another house which is the exact replica of it. Thus it is possible to increase capacity to 24 persons renting the 2 villas in the same group. The fee will be slightly altered to lower the rental fee will not be doubled. The villa is composed as follows: a living over 50m ², a fitted kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 garage and 1 storeroom. The garden has an area of 1100m ² pool included. Equipment is complete with TV, Sterio, hi-fi, internet, games, books available to children and adults. To the outside we have garden furniture for 12 people (table and chairs) and 7 bath chairs and 2 umbrellas and a barbecue.
