Description:Exceptionally located 3 bedroom villa in a peaceful private avenue set just a short stroll from Denia's wonderful long sandy beaches, many quality restaurants/bars and supermarket. The villa's tropical gardens have 2 lawned areas and are dotted with palm trees, cacti/succulents, jasmine and bougainvillea which bloom in blazes of colour. The pool has a special setting, with steps into the shallow end and considerable depth at the other. The very attractive covered naya terrace is complete with large rattan chairs and table for dining. There are further terraces with sun loungers, tables, chairs and seating around the pool and gardens, including a roof terrace with fantastic views across the whole area, perfect for that early evening sunset cocktail. All terraces have great views of the Montgo mountain that rises in the background. The lovely semi-circular lounge is full of Spanish character and has leather suite, TV/Sat/DVD/HiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes breakfast bar. We have many repeat guests. **Oasis books up very early for peak periods- book now for Summer 2014** Further details indoors: Adjoining the lounge is a separate conservatory with sofa and table/chairs, perfect for relaxation and dining in cooler months. All accommodation is on one level with cool white tiled flooring and main windows are fitted with shutters and insect screens. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Both bathrooms have stand-alone fitted showers and one has bath & bidet too. We include board games and books for our guests' use. High chair, cot and pushchair buggy can be arranged by advanced request. Winter lets can have log fires. Linen & bathroom towels are provided for all rentals. Further details outdoors: There is an enclosed outside shower and the built-in BBQ area has its own chimney, stone/marble table and seats. On the pool terrace are sunbeds with cushions and a parasol. A selection of pool and beach toys and garden games can be found in the pool room. We request smoking outside. Please bring towels for use outside by the pool and on the beach. There is night lighting to the pool and palms to create a tropical ambiance for evening dining and swimming. Families with small children will love the security of the property's enclosed walled gardens around the villa. Outside the property is unrestricted parking. Guest Manual: We provide a comprehensive manual at the villa covering everything you need to know for your stay at 'Oasis'. We've devoted a section to getting out-and-about in the area, and another covers many of the local restaurants and bars to help our guests during their stay. There are literally hundreds of restaurants in and around Denia, ranging from very exclusive ones, to excellent good-value establishments, to traditional tapas bars, to those suitable for families. Description:Looking for something quite different? Buscarro is an exceptional property in a fabulous location just outside Denia town. It has a lovely secluded setting, being surrounded by orange groves, yet is very close to the area's best sandy beaches, bars and excellent restaurants. The extensive private tropical gardens and unusually-designed boomerang-shaped pool create an environment found in few other rental properties. Within the grounds there are various open and shady terraces for daytime lounging, rooftop terrace for evening cocktails, table tennis, lawns, orange/lemon grove, colourful bougainvillea, almond/pomegranate/olive/fig and other fruit trees, and many palm trees of different types. Cacti and other succulents abound. The views across to the mountains are spectacular. Most visitors find it hard to tear themselves away whilst staying here! The accommodation consists of a substantial 3-bed country-style villa (El Buscarro), with a separate studio apartment above, and across the pool a 2-bed stone cottage (the Casita) which is roomy and full of character. Each of the three is self-contained. There are 4 outside dining areas in total (1 rooftop, 1 poolside, 2 terraces with awnings). Teenagers love the separate studio. The entire property can accommodate 2 or 3 families holidaying together, a family with grandparents joining them, or a large group looking for something unusual to accommodate everyone. Each has lounge with beamed ceiling (with sofas/TV/DVD/CD/MP3 port), large kitchen and dining areas indoor and outdoor (incl. awnings). El Buscarro's kitchen and bathrooms are brand new. The studio has a small kitchenette. Spacious Spanish character has been retained throughout, with stone features, traditional wooden doors and beams. Winter lets can have log fires in the main house. High chair and cots are arranged by advanced request. We include games/books for guests' use. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom in El Buscarro, double bed in the studio and in the Casita a double and a twin. 12 is the maximum number of adults accommodated, but there is room for an extra child in one of the bedrooms. There are bedside units in all bedrooms and the Casita and studio have both air con and bedroom fans. El Buscarro has been designed for cool throughout even the warmest times and in addition has bedroom fans. All windows have insect screening. In all 4 main bathrooms there are stand-alone fitted showers and baths in two of them. El Buscarro's master bedroom has a uniquely designed walk-in 'dressing area' and follow-through en suite. The Casita bathroom also has en-suite access from the master bedroom. Linen & towels are provided for all guests. Further details outdoors: There are various terraces outside the properties and around the pool, providing both sunny and shady outdoor dining, relaxation areas and sunbathing. We request smoking outside. There is a poolside shower and a large freestanding traditional Spanish BBQ complete with stone/marble table and chairs offering poolside dining close to the BBQ . In the 'pool room' there are pool/beach toys and garden games, and outside there are many sunbeds/cushions/garden chairs and parasols all for our guests' use. Please bring towels for outside use by the pool and on the beach. Our extensive tropical gardens and unique pool provide a setting that is very special for a rental property. Children love exploring the grounds, finding dens and hiding places. The grounds are watered 3/4 times a week by sprinklers and water pipes to keep them lush in the Spanish sunshine. At different times of the year you may be able to pick fresh from the trees: almonds, figs, olives, pomegranates, clementines, and of course oranges and lemons for home-made orangeade and lemonade. There is electric gate entry into the grounds and a shady parking area for a number of vehicles. Families with small children will find the property secure. The studio apartment has its own entrance and is located above the main house. Off the casita is a courtyard filled with bourgainvillea and other colourful succulents. From here there are spiral stairs to the rooftop terrace and wonderful views. Our quality outdoor table tennis table is for our guests' use. In the evening there is attractive lighting to the pool and across the grounds.
