For your enjoyment, there is a courtyard with 10'x10' canopy covering patio table and chairs as well as a barbecue grill. The air conditioning is supplemented by ceiling fans that cool the lodging. There is also an outdoor shower with hot/cold water when rinsing off after returning from the ocean. We also include complimentary beach bicycles, ocean/river kayaks and body boards for our guests. ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS:Swimming, surfing, body surfing, shell collecting, walking on the beach and surf cast fishing are all right down the street at beach access. There is also public bayfront pier for fishing and sunset viewing of the Scenic Indian River Lagoon. Also enjoy a town park 2 blocks away for leisure activities- playground, jogging trail, tennis and volleyball. Library, post office, bank, pharmacy, gift shops and deli all walking or biking distance. Area is safe and secure by local police/crime watch. Certain times of year loggerhead turtles migrate along the beach and may be viewed. Also, porpoise and whale sightings are common. Golf Courses are within a 20 minutes drive, the closest is Spessard Holland (designed by Arnold Palmer). Excellent fishing charters to the south at Sebastian Inlet or north at Port Canaveral.
