You enter at ground level where you will find the spacious lounge with a fireplace including a large flat-screen TV with UK satellite and WIFI. There is a separate dining area with a large table which seats 12 people. This dining area has access to the terrace and is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and is suitable for cooking for 12 people. On the lowest level is the games-room, the double garage and an extra bathroom. There are a number of fitness machines, a ping-pong table and a football table. Also here is a large flat-screen TV, so ideal for kids to spend their time, (can connect play-station etc). Outside at the ground entry level you have a very spacious terrace with stairs (can be closed off so kids can’t get to the pool), leading to the large pool with roman-steps with around 5m x 12m. There is also a separate Jacuzzi/Spa adjacent to the pool.

With lots of different seating and relaxing corners to choose from, inside and out, - not to mention the ping pong table and swimming pool - there really is little need to venture beyond the garden gate. But of course you do. The go karts were very popular with some but I think my favourite place is Pals with its winding streets, inviting shops and amazing views from the top of the hill. Added to the good levels of maintenance of villa itself, the excellent service provided by the owner from the very first contact greatly enhanced the holiday for us. She really seems to want her guests to have a first class experience and goes out of her way to ensure this happens. Thank you for a great way to celebrate a sixtieth birthday. This is definitely the best accommodation we've found yet for a large group. The view from every bedroom, and every seating area both inside and outside is a huge plus.
