The house and parking areas are very private and secure and is only a very short drive away from Moraira town and the beach. The villa?s tranquil setting overlooks a lush pine forest and is just 5 minutes drive from a safe, sandy beach. The historic town of Moraira has a marina and numerous exclusive restaurants. Within a short drive are the seaside town of Calpe and Benidorm. The picturesque towns of Javea and Lliber in the lovely Jalon Valley are less than 20 minutes drive away and don?t miss out on a visit to the beautiful old village of Guadalest. At Casa Havana there is also a Luxury Penthouse suite available to rent with the villa at an extra charge depending upon the season. Rental of the penthouse is compulsory for more than 12 people. Waterville is rich in mythological and archaeological associations with early Irish history, there are also several water sports centres in the area, where you can learn to surf, canoe,scuba diving e.t.c.A bag of turf is given for the stove, after that more turf can be bought if available.
