We have a beautiful games room with a pool table, air hockey,babyfoot and poker table. We also have themes room of Mickey Mouse and Rapunzel, your childrens will loves it! The house is perfect for your vacation in Orlando, up to ten persons. n n nOur air conditioned, fully furnished home offers one King-size Master Suite with a spacious shower, and a private bathroom. The two themes room, with bunk bed of twin and full bed. And the last room is a full bed. All with a shared full bathroom. We have also a bathroom outside close to the pool with a shower. we have private TV in each adult room, and one in the living room. n nSpacious open dining floor plan offers additional space for family gathering with the kitchen island. The fully-equipped kitchen offers everythings that you need to cook for your family! n nThey have a big living room to relax after a day at Disney! n nWe also have a computer place available for you with a printer if you need to print your ticket. Wi-fi is available too. n nPrivate swimming pool with deck tables and chairs plus chaise lounges for your relaxation and enjoyment by the pool. They have also a BBQ (propane). The popane gaz is at your charge. Extra cost for the heating pool. n nWe have phone with free cal in all the US-CANADA and over 60 countries! Description:There is a screened pool with spar. The villa backs onto the Remington Golf course and from the family room or the patio/pool area you can watch the golfers trying to avoid loosing their golf balls in the lovely lake, or just watch the bird life which the lake attracts. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom. There is a family room with cable TV and DVD player. There is a more formal lounge and dining area near the front of the villa. The kitchen is well equipped and to the side there is a breakfast nook with table and chairs for six. Through the door to the double garage is the washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. Bathrooms: 2 Bathrooms Bathroom 1 - Toilet, Bath (no shower), Shower Enclosure Bathroom 2 - Toilet, Bath with Shower Bedrooms: 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6 Bedroom 1 - 1 Extra Lg. Notes: This spacious three bed villa has a screened pool with an alarmed access door to the pool area. Inside the villa all rooms have high ceilings and are individually decorated to a high standard. The villa is Air-conditioned and the pool can be heated upon request and for an extra charge. The family room has cable television with DVD/CD player. The TV has 200 digital channels To the front of the villa is the formal lounge and a dining area for six people. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a separate nook area with table and chairs for the less formal meal times. There is a utility area between the kitchen and the double garage in which the washer and separate dryer can be found. The telephone provided allows free calls across the US, Canada, Pueto Rico and Guam. Additional information about rental rates Rental rates shown , do not include Tourist Tax (6%) and Sales Tax (7%), so 13% will be added to rental charges and pool heating charges in the quotation. $30 (Half the departure cleaning cost) will be added to the rental charge, plus taxes and included in the quotation. The owner will pay the other half. 10% discount for bookings of two weeks or more. Payment can be accepted by personal cheque in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars, as long as there is sufficient time for cheque clearance. Please state country so I can quote you in the appropriate currency. If paying by credit card is prefered, a Request For Payment will be sent by email through the PayPal service. Alternatively, bank transfers can be accepted. A Minimum of 5 nights is preferred but contact me if you require a shorter period. For periods of less than 5 nights, the full cleaning charge of $60 will be added to the rental charge, plus taxes and included in the quotation. Pool heating is available at an extra charge of $15 per day plus taxes and must be requested in advance. Electricity (excluding pool heating) and use of bed linen and towels are included in the rental charge. Telephone calls across the US, Canada, Pueto Rico and Guam are free. Broadband Wi-Fi is available but no computer is supplied. A deposit of $150 is required to reserve the property. The deposit is retained as security, in case damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required, but will be refunded less any necessary deductions, within a day or two of the end of the rental period. Arrival time is from 4pm and departure time is 10am. Later departure times must be agreed with the owner. Payment of the full rental charge is required 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. For bookings made within the 8 week period before arrival, the full rental charge plus the $150 deposit is payable upon booking. Super clean and spacious. There was just the two of us so it was sort of an indulgence having all this space. However after a hard day at Disneyworld it was really nice to come back to a sparkling clean, beautiful private pool and a comfy bed! I would highly recommend this rental to everyone. Enjoy! The villa is exceptionally well furnished and very comfortable which was lovely especially after a long flight. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. the pool was also beautifully clean and this was checked a few times during our stay which was great. There were inflatables in the garage for the pool which our daughter was over the moon with and she spent hours enjoying playing happily. The view over the golf course was stunning and watching the variety of birds whilst sitting round the pool was lovely. We couldnt have wished for anything better and would certainly book again without hesitation. I have and will continue to recommend this villa to friends and family as the service we received right from the initial deposit payment was outstanding. Only downside was coming home.... Recommended for: Age 55 , Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
