The living area and all 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and heating for the winter months. The shared pool is one of the best in Nerja and there is a choice of half a dozen restaurants within 500 metres of the villa. The villa is all on one level and with an enclosed garden it is safe for youngsters. A shallow paddling pool in the garden keeps children well amused. Nightly Rate (GBP) £100 - £150 Additional information about rental rates Rental prices are inclusive of heating, air conditioning, electricity and use of the pool. Bed linen and pillows are also included. Children are most welcome: cots or high chairs can be provided for a small charge on request. We ask for a deposit of £150 per week at the time of booking. This is refunded after the keys have been returned to us after the end of your holiday. Payment of the villa rental is due 10 weeks before departure. The villa is normally available from 3pm on the day of arrival. The villa must be vacated by 9am on the day of departure.

All of these facilities are available FREE OF CHARGE. The kitchen hosts a full range of modern equipment including a full size oven, 4 ring hob, full size fridge, full size freezer, washing machine, plenty of cups, mugs, cutlery, saucepans etc. It also has a George Foreman Grill, toaster, sandwich maker, picnic bag (including wine glasses, table cloth and cutlery, cool bag, coffee maker, kettle, iron, mini iron board. It is a wonderful situation for exploring the picturesque Andalucian countryside or just relaxing by the pool. There are many walks in the area for the more energetic with maps and books being provided to help you on your way. You could not pick a more beautiful spot to holiday than Casa Poloma Blanca. Sun loungers and a large wooden table and chairs together with sun umbrella are provided for alfresco dining. There is a sandpit with toys for the children and a gas BBQ. It has a beautiful laid out garden with a good sized lawned area. The views from the terrace and garden, of the mountains and lake, are quite spectacular. It is a fabulous place to relax and take in the stunning surrounding countryside. The pool is 6x4m and is completely private. It is deep enough for diving. A deposit of 25% is payable to confirm the reservation, the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. All UK payments are made to a UK bank account. Euro payments by transfer to a Spanish bank account. The rates shown for low and mid season are based on one bedroom occupancy. There will be a charge of £50 extra per week for any extra bedroom occupied. A £100 security deposit is payable with the final payment.

Description:Some three kilometers east of Carvoeiro lies the exclusive park ‘Algarve Clube Atlantico’. A park that already exists for some 25 years and thus a place with fully grown and mature plants. Most houses here are large villas but there are only few located as exclusive Casa Miramar. On dead end street with two more houses down road, on a cliff, 30 m from the sea (watch out when kicking a ball!) and oriented southwest.The park has a reception where you can collect the key and pose your questions. Cleaning is also arranged through the reception. There is mini-golf, a large pool and a very good Italian restaurant. Tennis courts are free to use for the guests of Villa Casa Miramar. At night there is a night guard on duty, streets are well lit.The house itself has been adapted to modern standards and redecorated. The front door gives entry to a hall with an opening towards the living room. Childrens' bedroom and master bathroom are to the right, to the left are the small bathroom, kitchen and third bedroom.The master bedroom is decorated in light colours, with a double bed adjoined by two night tables, a dresser, mirror and chair. Windows can be closed with outside shutters. There is a large closet with sliding doors. A silent air-conditioner also serves as heating. Between these bedrooms lies the master bathroom with a separate shower, bath, toilet and two washbasins. All made with stylish, luxurious material and floor heating. For cooking a ceramic plate with four hobs and a combination microwave (oven and microwave in one). Plus a good freezer/refrigerator and dishwasher. The third bedroom is a bit smaller but still has a 140 x 190 cm double bed, closet, air-conditioning and sliding doors with shutters that lead onto a patio where the washing machine and tumble drier are.The living room has a table with chairs for six persons. The couch is placed to give a good view to garden but also to receive warmth from fireplace in winter. And of course good view to large plasma TV. Linked to TV: satellite receiver (with many English and German channels) and DVD/home theatre. There is small collection of DVDs, machine also plays CDs.Wireless Internet is available and access is free per 2012.The sliding doors lead to the covered terrace. You can sit outside when it rains, or sit in the shadow. On the terrace next to the pool is a large table and four comfortable chairs. There are extra chairs available. Sunshades are available as well as 6 sun beds and a Weber BBQ. To the left are the stairs to the roof terrace where you find a lounge set of three couches. A lot of privacy there!The beach 'Praia do Carvalho' is about 200 m from the house, just cross the parking lot and walk down the stairs. Various other beaches are west and east of Clube Atlantico, Benagil is the closest at about 800 meters. In neighborhood are possibilities for diving (PADI), horse riding, various water sports and of course the famous Algarve golf. Closest is a nine-hole course: Vale de Milho. On the other side of Carvoeiro are the large courses Gramacho and Pinta. More courses are within a half-hours’ drive.
