With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this remodeled vacation home by owner offers stunning views from all rooms, has a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite, tiered counter tops and counter seating for 6. This waterfront retreat also has hundreds of nearby restaurants of all types, shopping malls galore, golfing and boat rentals all within 3 to 5 minutes.We can comfortably accommodate and sleep up to eight guests. The bedrooms include one king-size bed, a queen-size bed, twin beds and a sofa sleeper. The bathrooms are well fitted with modern amenities, the master bedroom has marble floors and walls, a glass block shower with a ceiling rain shower and wall jets. All floors throughout the home are ceramic tile or marble.There are flat screen cable TV's in the living room and family room plus a TV in every bedroom. WIFI Internet access is also available, in case you want to keep tabs on office work, emails or surf the web. The patio is perfect for lounging and lazing around with a very large pool and sunken hot tub off the Master Bedroom. Kids can fish off the huge dock, pick bananas and when ready, get coconuts that fall from the trees.Our waterfront house also an ideal base for you to indulge in exciting water sports and adventures including snorkeling, fishing, skiing, para-sailing, jet skiing, windsurfing,and swimming.
