The lodge easily accommodates 17 people with plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Each morning you’ll wake up to breathtaking views of Cascade Lake and West Mountain, and enjoy relaxing dinners on the huge balcony overlooking a sleepy meadow. While enjoying the scenery, you are likely to spot some a deer or fox passing by.Comfortable and upscale furniture is adorned throughout the cabin. The main living room area accommodates two split areas. One can snuggle by the fire on one side, or sit and enjoy mountain and lake views on the other. With large bedrooms, and loft upstairs with books to read, everyone is sure to find a special spot for some privacy and solitude. Downstairs you’ll enjoy a game and entertainment room where children and adults can play games, watch DVD's, or play pool and air hockey, Another TV/DVD/VCR available in the Master Bedroom. We've got Satellite Dish TV and High Speed Wifi internet! We have a phone for emergency use, but get cell phone coverage too. Lake Cascade and the boat launch is literally only about 250 yards from the front door. You’ll enjoy lots of parking space with enough room to park a boat/RV and several cars!In the summer, the lake below is often glassy making perfect conditions for water sports. The fishing is the best around from the boat launch below, so be prepared to catch a fish a minute! Trails for motorcycles, mountain biking, horseback riding, and snowmobiling are literally either out our back door or just up the street. Tamarack ski resort is only 30 minutes away. Brundage ski resort is 1 hour away.

The master bedroom has its own private deck with views of both lakes. The lot is 2.9 acres and is heavily wooded. There is tons of room to explore in the adjacent county land. Fish over 2000 acres on Big Chetac or explore the small lake behind the house for a very private experience. Even in the winter you do not see any neighbors.The home was completely remodeled in 2008 with pine tongue and groove siding in the living room and one of the bedrooms. There is also new carpet and hard wood floors throughout house. The kitchen has been remodeled and has a dishwasher and a extra large farm sink. The bathrooms have also been updated with ceramic tile throughout. Now has Dish network which is nice if it rains.Big Chetec is a great lake for recreation and fishing with over 2,000 acres of boatable water to explore. There are multiple places on the lake to rent fishing boats or pontoons so that you can enjoy the sand bar on the lake as well as a couple of islands to explore and potentially camp on. The property has 700ft of wooded lake shore. You will need to cross the road to get to the Big Chetec Lake front but it will be worth it!This is a great place to come any time of year with nearby attractions in Birchwood, Hayward, Spooner, and Rice Lake. The cabin is surrounded by many ATV/Snowmobile trails to enjoy and you will love exploring the wooded lot.If you prefer to stay at home you can enjoy a ping, Foosball, and air hockey in the basement which was finished in 2012. You can also choose to snuggle up with a good book on either of the decks or the gas fireplace in the basement. There is a third bathroom and tub in the basement as well as log futon.This cabin is very secluded and spacious and you will enjoy this great north woods get away!

The living room area is superbly furnished with classic Caribbean style furniture and is enhanced by many mementos and treasures from around the world. The living room area also includes a High Definition LCD Television, DVD/CD player, radio, high speed internet connection for your laptop and fax machine, movie and music collections, books, a telephone and an answering machine.The main allure of Villa Tortola is te expansive garden terrace, set with the pool and edged by the natural tropical gardens. The third pavilion consists of two stacked opulently-furnished queen bedrooms, each with inspiring sea views. The fourth bedroom is on the level just below the stacked pavilion and includes a private natural garden and patio.
