He also carved 'Pend O'Reille Pete', a larger-than-life-size statue which is displayed at US Bank just a couple of blocks from the property. 'Pete' is pretty famous and travels to various exhibits all over the country.The property has a small, grassy front yard and there are large, beautiful trees lining the street. The back yard is small and completely fenced with an outdoor firepit, a BBQ grill, table & chairs, and a covered, cushioned 3 seat swing.Smoking is permitted on the covered outdoor patio and the yard , but smoking inside the rental houses is not allowed and will result in the loss of deposit.Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.
