It overlooks the lake, resplendent in flowering lilies and so is not overlooked unlike most villas that you will rent in Florida. If you prefer to relax in the shade we have a large covered Lanai with thick cushioned furniture just waiting for you to sink down at the end of a long day at the parks. the perfect place for casual entertaining and alfresco pool-side living. The whole area is enclosed by a mesh screen to enable you to enjoy entertaining and the illuminated pool and spa late into the evening, without ever having to worry about flying insects. There are pedestrian only pavements around the lake taking you just two minutes to walk to the sumptuously appointed communal pool and clubhouse. Likewise, cross the quiet road and take a 1 minute pedestrian pavement walk to the tennis and volleyball courts. Fully air-conditioned and furnished by an Interior Designer to the highest of standards to ensure a really luxurious holiday, the open-plan living room opens directly to the pool deck and features a 46inch cable TV, DVD & stereo system. ample seating on comfortable sofas, this room is light and airy, a place for the grown ups to relax while the children or the young at heart play in the air-conditioned games room, furnished with futon couches, their own 32inch TV with Playstation 2 and Surround Sound DVD player or one of the many board games. You can drive in 5 minutes to the gates of Animal Kingdom without going on a major road and the Villa itself is beautifull It is located 1 minutes drive to the 192, Irlo Bronsen Highway, which has a multitude of restaurants, supermarkets, bars, outlet shops, mini-golf, etc. and 1 junction to Disney World. It has uncongested road access to the I4 freeway that can take you to either the west or east coast resorts in the shortest time It is not just a house with a pool, it is situated on a resort style, gated community that you can enjoy free of charge.
