To visit the organic garden and use the vegetables of the garden is necessary to ask at our chef. A separate medieval stone building houses the library, a state of the art cinema and lounges to relax and enjoy a movie or a book. There are also several secluded sitting areas throughout the villa which can be used for moments of solitude. Star gazers will delight in the observatory complete with a high-tech telescope far from the light pollution of modern civilization. A Meade LX200R 14inch research telescope has been installed complete with a seated viewing area and a 60 inch flat screen monitor. The local astronomy society is at our guests ' disposal to explain the wonders of the skies above. A large infinity pool overlooks the beautiful valley below. The adjacent change rooms and sauna are at the guests ' disposal.. The external part of the complex is complete and includes three tubs heated to different temperatures, a frigidarium (cold), the tepidarium (tepid) and a caldarium (hot) nestled on the edge of the forest with the perfume of the nearby lemon and orange trees wafting past. Guests can start their circuit of the bath complex with a sauna in the fine Finish sauna, progress to the solar heated swimming pool and then to the roman styled tubs.
