The apartments bring the name of 12 Gods of Olympus and are three types: • Studios with a spacious room (25m2 with 2 or 3 beds) • Apartment with a bedroom and separate lounge (40m2 with 3 or 4 beds) • Maisonettes with 2 separate bedrooms 30m2 in the above floor and lounge sedentary 30m2 in the down floor. The two floors communicate with internal wooden scale and allocate 4 or 6 beds. All the types allocate independent entry with big independent balcony and are heat and sound insulating. The floorings in all the spaces of rooms and balconies are set with white marble. The ATHENA Hotel - Apartments allocates all over big free space with lawn, many blooms and trees. It allocates also children's swimming-pool. It is found in a very small distance by the square of village, where exist all the shops, from the stage of long distance buses and the sea. In the reception exists the possibility of communication between customers and the personal of the hotel all the day. Bar drinks and breakfast are provided in all customers they do not wish to prepare them alone in their room. Sightsa: The verdurous plain with a lot of rivers and the two lakes, the lake Kourna or Korisia and the artificial lake Almiros, the beautiful harbour with the pictorial fish boats, the hills and the mountain range of White mountains compose the scenic picture of region. The sea and the rivers are advised for fishing, the golden sand in the beaches for sunbath and the hills with the pictorial paths for walk or course with horses that are rented from stables. The rich fauna and flora close the divine picture of region and predispose for unforgettable holidays. Location: The HOTEL ATHENA was built in year 2000 from the family Papadakis. It is found in the coastal village Georgioupolis of prefecture Chania. In the region exists three rivers and two lakes with rich flora and fauna. The village is built in the estuaries of river Almiros and is extended to easts in length of 12 km in golden sandy beach, has modern street layout with towering trees, brought from Australia, is quiet and has beautiful shops (commercial, foods, services as bank, drugstore, tourist offices, renting of cars, motor cycles, bicycles, fish taverns, restaurants, cafe etc). It has excellent access to all the directions of island and abstains 35 km from the city and the airport of Chania and 22 km from the city of Rethimno.
