The whole area is enclosed by a mesh screen to enable you to enjoy entertaining and the illuminated pool and spa late into the evening, without ever having to worry about flying insects. There are pedestrian only pavements around the lake taking you just two minutes to walk to the sumptuously appointed communal pool and clubhouse. Likewise, cross the quiet road and take a 1 minute pedestrian pavement walk to the tennis and volleyball courts. Fully air-conditioned and furnished by an Interior Designer to the highest of standards to ensure a really luxurious holiday, the open-plan living room opens directly to the pool deck and features a 46inch cable TV, DVD & stereo system. ample seating on comfortable sofas, this room is light and airy, a place for the grown ups to relax while the children or the young at heart play in the air-conditioned games room, furnished with futon couches, their own 32inch TV with Playstation 2 and Surround Sound DVD player or one of the many board games. For the older children & Dad the Pool Table will keep them amused in the evenings while Mum enjoys a cocktail while relaxing in the jacuzzi. The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a breakfast/dining area, and has upgraded appliances including self-cleaning range, large microwave, fridge-freezer with ice & water dispenser on the outside of the door , coffee-maker, blender, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. A separate laundry area houses the automatic washing machine and tumble drier. Our home has a great view overlooking the 12th green but not too close where you would be bothered by the golfers while you swim or sunbathe in our pool. The pool can be heated for a small fee.Our home is beautifully furnished with everything you would need to relax after a big day of shopping or visiting the many theme parks in the area. We are located just off of highway 27 with highway 4 and 192 within a few minutes drive. The great thing is you don't have to pick up a key at a management company, you go directly to the home when you arrive!All the information you should need is located within this website so take your time and daydream as you browse our pages. This golf course is a par 72 course with a practice range, putting green, clubhouse, and professional golf shop. Our home has a beautiful view that overlooks the 12th green.The King Master Suite is equipped with a TV/DVD player, a Jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and his and her closets . There is also a hair dryer for your convenience. The other bedrooms are a Queen Suite with TV and bathroom and two twin bedrooms each with a TV close to the 3rd bathroom. There is a sofa bed for the larger groups. The living room has a 42 inch HDTV, DVD/VCR, and CD stereo system. We have a few movies, books, and board games available for you to use in your spare time, if you have any.The kitchen is well equipped with all major appliances, many small appliances, dinnerware, and cooking utensils. All you would need to create your famous midnight snack. Also available is a washer & dryer located in the laundry room just off of the garage.There is also a Playstation II with a few games but be sure to bring some of your own if you like.
